I had the Burrito Asado Steak at Tacos La Pasadita, and it was fantastic! The Steak Asado burrito was packed with plenty of flavorful, tender steak, making it a filling and satisfying meal. The quality of the meat was top-notch, and the overall taste was truly enjoyable. You order from the food truck, then you can choose to sit inside the restaurant or outside to enjoy some fresh air -- a nice touch for relaxing while eating. The sauce station are inside! This location is a food truck, but it has indoor and outdoor seating, as it uses an old gas station building to house the tables and chair as well as the taco toppings in a chilled case. We order the taco plate with a chicken and steak taco. The meat was tough and dry. The refried beans had no flavor and the rice was bland. I added lime juice, and different salsas to try to help the moisture and flavor, but there was no recovery. This restaurant has one of the highest ratings in this town, and they have done quite a bit to make this restaurant exist so I want to give them props for that. Three of us are here, so our ratings averaged out to a 4. I tried the lunch bowl with carnitas. The carnitas was dry and had no flavor. I also had an al pastor taco-now that was delicious! My son had the enchilada plate with chicken. He said they were okay and he had a few gnarly pieces of chicken, My husband had a barbacoa quesadilla. We each tried the barbacoa and agree it was good (better than the chicken and carnitas). Options are limited in this area, so it appears to be a good choice if you need to stop here. read more

Passing through the town of Green River, Utah. The Special Burrito with Chorizo was delicious, and so were the Asada Tacos. My daughter enjoyed the Vampiro. It looks like they no longer use their kitchen, and just use the food truck outside. They use the dining room for indoor seating. Unfortunately the interior was dirty and dated, and the self-serve salsa bar wasn't enticing. Friendly service. read more

After a morning of heavy road tripping, I stopped here for the breakfast burrito and a large horchata. Honestly, the town of Green River doesn't offer much. It's a sea of gas stations and low end hotels and motels but Tacos La Pasadita served a great late breakfast. If I lived here, I'd be a repeat customer. The folks running the restaurant are very nice, too. read more

This taco shop is my favorite in all of Utah. It's extremely unassuming, located at an abandoned gas station in the town of Green River, but the food is unreal. It is a family run business, and the service is basic but friendly. We have never run into issues, and they bring the food out to you after you order at the truck. I always get the tacos here, alternating between a few meat options, but I always get some Pastor tacos. The Pastor is extremely tasty. Even their tortillas are really fresh tasting and quite hot when they serve the tacos. The toppings and salsa bar is also really great; their salsas are extremely tasty and there is a good variety. The habanero that is in a squeeze bottle is very spicy but stands out to me. My fiancé had their Pastor burrito and said it was one of his favorite burritos ever. All in all, both of us agree this is our favorite taco shop in all of Utah! read more

Visited this restaurant on the way back from Aspen and this place was a total surprise to us. The kitchen is In a truck and serves authentic Mexican food. I got their veggie bowl and trust me it was very flavour-full. My husband got their famous Torta and it was a hit. The best part is they have a complementary salad bar with pico, pickles and salsas! To be fair, we are from Los Angeles so pretty much experts on Mexican food truck food. The service was good, food was average. Nachos tasted ok but had like cheese sauce from a can on it. Tacos also good but lacked much seasoning. The breakfast burrito good too but really could have used something like pico de gallo to add freshness and crunch. The tortas are fantastic, I've had both the barbacoa and the pastor and both were delicious and a good amount of food for the price. The jamaica was a little bit sweet for my taste but overall still good and I really enjoyed the horchata. The salsa station is inside and was good although I wish they had some of the pickled carrots too. Customer service was great and the food came out relatively quickly. Sad, they charged me $30 for my burrito and a veggies quesadilla. Got a kids 4" corn quesadilla, I happily brought it up but they refused to get the right order. Or give me the money back. This place is unreal! We stayed in Green River 3 nights and we ate here 3 times haha Tacos, burrito, vampiro, torta - we had it all and it was absolutely incredible. It's truly an authentic Mexican food, prepared by Mexicans just the way they would do it back in Mexico! This restaurant is family owned which makes it even better! Increíble success. All these reviews in here speak for themselves, one of the best Mexican cuisines I haven ever had in United States! We will be back if we are ever in town again! Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - not many options available so we randomly picked one. We ordered one lengua burrito and one tripa burrito. The lengua was good and the servings are large. The tripa wasn't crispy (as we requested during ordering) so it did get quite queasy Ambience: 4/5 - taco truck that you order from with a "store" that you can eat in. Very bare but lots of plants along one wall. The salsa bar is a bit sketchy as a lot of hands go through it and we saw a customer lick their hands after touching one spoon and touched another one. No music so absolutely silent in the store Service: 3/5 - she didn't seem like she want to be there and was ready to leave. Value for price: 3/5 - pricing for meats are not clear as it just says "meats with red symbol are a bit more expensive". Lengua is $1 more in burrito and tripa is $1.90 more. They also charge an extra $1 for credit card fee and don't provide receipt unless you specifically ask for it read more

About a 1-1.5: Eeks, Tacos la Pasadita, we just were not fans. This eatery kept popping up as being the 'best burrito' place in the state of Utah, and since we were in the mood for Mexican, we decided to give them a try. This taco truck is set in front of an old Shell gas station, in which they converted the mart building into a dine-in area with a salsa bar. They also have patio seating where the pumps used to be and parking on the side. We came here for an earlier dinner, and there were already patrons who had placed their orders to go as well as dining al fresco. We ordered: +a Burrito Mojado - with beef +a grilled Burrito - with al pastor +two Jarritos Unfortunately, both burritos were just inedible - even though the items were supposedly made-to-order, they didn't come out piping out, and the protein inside was lukewarm to cold. The marinade and the seasoning were way off on the al pastor and beef, as they were bland and super unflavorful. The salsas didn't help, either. As hungry as we were, we couldn't take more than a bite. And, I know you can't do anything really, but there were also just way too many flies in the dining area, which made the whole dining experience even more annoying. The tables were just not wiped down, and there were even massive amount of flies by the garbage can - I think the staff just assumes that people would just eat outside. When you are on a road trip and driving past Green River, this is a decent place to stop. There are not a lot of places to get food within about an hour of Green River, and I always love stopping in town during melon season to pick up some watermelons! This is a food truck in front of a gas station, that has tables and their salsa bar inside the old gas station. Outside, there are also plenty of tables too. I had a breakfast burrito with bacon, which was humongous and fresh off the grill! The women working there were very nice and brought my burrito out as soon as it was done. I tried several different salsas which I was able to put into small containers to take with me on the road. The breakfast burrito was the most expensive breakfast burrito I have ever had, and was decent for being in the middle of nowhere. Like others have mentioned, the cheese tasted like american cheese on my burrito, which was weird, but at the time still tasted good. I have heard amazing things about their tacos, and hope that I can stop by and support this small business again, sometime around lunchtime the next time I drive through Green River on a trip. read more

Second time coming here on a road trip. Seriously some of the best Mexican food I've ever had - and I'm from LA. The torta is so juicy and the bread is nicely toasted. The tripa tacos are RIDICULOUS. The cabeza taco is also juicy and so tender and fatty - it's heavenly. Angela, the young woman who took our order, is great!
