We had chicken fried steak, Philly cheese steak sandwiches, Swiss cheese mushroom burgers, Jim's excellent chicken sandwiches, Navajo tacos, and entree salads. Well the food was decent, but if they're closed, where to then? Then I remembered that Tiffany at Carbon Emery Insurance told me about Garden Cafe and how good they are. So I went there instead of De Ja whatever. So here are my notes from the visit. If at all possible, you really should give this place a try. They are new, and they are working hard. We discussed their plans, and it all works out they'll be serving their own organically grown vegetables. It was certainly worth the money! If everything goes as planned I think they have a bright future waiting! Carl Garden Café @ Gordon's Floral The owners of Gordon's Floral also own the cafe. The staff are all very nice, very polite, very helpful. They make sure that you are happy and satisfied. The café is a nice place, with a refreshing greenhouse smell, kept at a very nice temperature and reasonably humid- not too dry and not too humid. The seating is nice, chairs and tables in good condition. Has a textured/painted concrete floor. The café is in a greenhouse as well, with a bamboo lattice for a decorative ceiling. I had a Southwest Chicken Wrap. It was very good. A sun dried tomato tortilla wrap with black beans, bell pepper, lettuce, tomato, and diced chicken breast. The sauce, I'm unsure the composition of, but it tastes good. In all, it was very filling and very satisfying. For all that I ate, and it filled me, the cost is very reasonable. In comparison to other local eateries, I feel that for the quality of the environment and food, you get a 4 star meal for a really good price. It's very much worth the visit, even if you go out of your way to get here!

They bill themselves as a pub, but the beer selection is canned only, which is a stretch of the concept. The menu leans entirely on frozen, fried fare cooked in oil that has seen better days.
