There are actually 5 KJ's locations in Idaho Falls, all with the same level of customer service. Recently I stopped by this KJ's locations to purchase fuel and get a fountain drink. When I approached the counter to pay for my drink, I quickly became concerned since I noticed the employee was on a cell phone. When I approached the counter a gentlemen motioned for me to go ahead. I quickly realized that the employee was not making a personal call, rather helping the gentlemen who could not speak English. He was experiencing an issue with his credit card, so the employee was helping him out. This is the type of customer service that often goes unnoticed at KJ's gas stations. When you couple that with the great fuel they offer, the selection of fresh food, BBQ, drinks and competitive prices, it leaves the question of why shop at any other gas station?
