Afterward, I NEEDED some chocolate to lift my mood. I quickly picked up a couple of overpriced items: king-sized Reese's $2.75 & mini donuts $3.99. I interrupted the cashier who was searching Insta & she rang me up: Reese's $2.99 & mini donuts $4.99. I kindly told her the prices were different from the posted ones. She put her hand on her hip & responsed, " No, they're not!" I said, OK then took pix of each item next to their prices. I was going to share these with her, when she said (hand still on hip), "l don't have nothing to do with that. I just scan for prices." Before I walked away, I asked her to share these discrepancies with her manager. Oh, well! In the end, we got some cheap gas & were able to walk our dogs at a park next to the station that was cordoned off with CAUTION tape.
