Anyway, me and The Hubs were taking a road trip from the Denver area to Santa Fe. We stopped a couple of times before this, but it was time again as we were approaching Las Vegas (NM). We filled up the gas tank while here and went in for the proverbial 'pit stop'. Clean bathroom. Thank you to whoever works here! It's a big deal for some of us older folks. We had already had lunch at the stop two hours previous, but I noticed a decent selection of stuff here to snack on, plus other more substantial items so didn't try any of that. However - MILK SHAKE MACHINE!. I love these! You do it yourself. Open the freezer and choose a cup of whatever flavor sounds good. Put it on the machine. Select the thickness you want. Pay for it on your way out. I chose the mint chocolate chip. The Hubs had the same. Yummy!
