Robert was very good about letting us know issues that were encountered as soon as they occurred. As I said in a previous post, we bought a 40 year old house. When he removed the original to the house vanity, some of the water valves broke due to corrosion. He put in new ones. Then the faucet that we got was way too bulky for the size of the sink. He showed us that the new vanity was smaller than the original and explained and showed us that the flooring underneath would show through. He explained how he could fix it without the need of the original tile. We had not planned on painting but with the new vanity being smaller, it was not going to look nice to put it in and leave. We have been telling everyone we know what a great experience we've had. Update 5/20/15: They helped us rent our old house and patiently waited for us to get it ready. They sent a professional photographer to take pictures that looked so good we were ready to move back in. Posted it on the MLS Friday night, had 3 showings on Saturday and by Monday night had 9 applications to rent. Took us a day or three to call references and run credit on our top choices but then we signed with renters that week. So we basically rented our house in 3 days at the HIGH end of the price range! Continue to be blown away by this team!
