It's great for toddler 1.5 years and 7 years. The playground is set up where the seating area is right in front so parents have view access at all times. It has a special secluded area for kids 2 years and under even though some times bigger kids tend to get in. Everyone has to easer their special socks sold by them, which I think that's a rip off...it should be fine with your own socks, but whatever. They sell adult drinks like beer and food to munch on. read more

Mawi Cafe is a small but comfortable indoor playground cafe for little kids. It is better suited for smaller kids maybe under 8 years old. Inside playground, there are 2 slides, drawbridge, trampoline and a toddler's area. At entrance, there are 3 screens for video games and a flatscreen TV playing sports. All day play was$10 on our visit. They have a small cafe serving sandwiches, salads, Venezuelan arepas and hot dogs, wine and beer. read more

Right when it was about to be a perfect afternoon they wanted to charge us tip on top of the 18% service charge. Employees claimed the owner keeps the 18% and we were expected to tip them on top. I brought my daughter here a while back and we loved it. So, I thought let me plan her sisters birthday party here. I saw online a $299 Ohana package available. I booked on the website and then received an email from Wilmer stating- Date is available, just pass by to our location to book it, thanks. I replied with I will be by this weekend to book. Do you need a deposit? Wilmer responds Hi, yes, you need 50% of the total to book it. Perfect, I send my husband to fill out the paperwork and pay the 50% deposit. I see that they open at 3:00pm. My husband arrives at 2:45 and waits. No one shows up to open until about 3:15pm. Wilmer proceeds to tell my husband that for the Ohana package, you would have to pay everything upfront NON-REFUNDABLE. Like seriously? That's insane especially in weird times we are living in. Things continue to get shady; I asked my husband to bring me the contract home to make sure I am not missing anything before paying and Wilmer says no, that is not possible. Shady or what? My husband took pictures and guess what it says that you can cancel for 100% return 30 days prior to the event Wilmer also said for the adults food, they had platters to choose from. Out of the 6- or 7-party platters, they ONLY have available Croquetas and Tequenos. Like WTF? After my husband left, I have sent 5 emails to Wilmer and no response. I am literally flabbergasted at this situation and hope no one else gets treated this way. We will never return here. read more

Worst place to do a party. Please do yourself the favor and look elsewhere. Owner and his wife are extremely rude! The husbands wife lacks customer service and will treat you horrible and has zero control over her emotions. We scheduled a party with them and they said that they were going to do all the decorations. After our deposit, we find out that not much decorations are allowed in their play area. I purchased decorations for the tables and dropped them off the day before so they can put them on the tables before the party. We walk into the party and no decorations are put on the tables, the bag we gave with the decorations are sitting on a table untouched. We are immediately disappointed and my wife told them how upset we were because they didn't do anything. They wife immediately blows up and tries to defend herself saying they didn't even have to do that (The day before said they would take care of it which is why we wasted our time dropping it off in the first place). After my wife expressed her upset, the owners wife said she's never been disrespected like this, started slamming stuff, began telling us that some of our decorations weren't allowed, and will not calm down and started talking garbage to all her employees and to her husband. The amount of inconsideration from these owners was extremely upsetting. Also, now I understand why they don't allow stuff in the play areas, because they don't clean the play area. The mats were nasty, there was garbage thrown everywhere, dust, and very unkempt. I promised them a terrible review on Google, so here it is. Please spare yourself and your kids from this filthy place and unfriendly environment. UPDATE: just spoke to owner and he's still rude, he lied about his response, we threw a small party and our whole family knew the issue and thought the place was nasty and dirty, no one liked the food (reheated pizza and dry empanadas),so NO ONE would ever ask to do business here. Owner didn't like the truth so he hung up the phone. Now I see why his wife hung up the phone before our party, because they're both rude and unprofessional. UPDATE 2: you can clearly see how the owners lack of customer service shows throughout their updates. Apparently he's never been yelled at before since he doesn't really know what yelling is. He would rather just fight with customers when he still knows he's in the wrong. Please take your $2000 elsewhere. There's better, cheaper, and cleaner facilities to enjoy your child's birthday. I called in to ask about party packages and a gentleman (most likely the owner) answered and sounded bothered by my question and stated "all the packages are on our site." Then when I asked if I could book a private event Friday night he said no and that the weekend I was looking for was already booked but didn't bother to mention that they do book events Tuesday - Thursday. It's very sad because I have a toddler and the miami community area doesn't really cater to toddler for events. Looking for a place to have my son burn off some energy, brought him here on a Saturday night. I got a flyer for this place from my son's daycare (Kids Corner). We paid $10 for Nikolas and the parents went in for free. With my son's entrace, it had a free kids meal. The meal included an entree (mac/cheese, 1 tequeno, etc & a soft drink). The place was clean, open space with a little cafe. I believe they serve wine and beer, appetizers and sandwiches. We had a server that came to our table to check up on us a few times. Very nice and courteous. The indoor playground was great. My son loved it. I would recommend this place for kids under 5 years old. This place is great it's very clean and the food Is really good. The size is normal but comfy and my kids have been playing for over an hour. 10 dollars per kid and the price of the food is relative to any other food place. We will be back for sure read more

Great place to spend an afternoon with the kids in Miami. It's basically a family style, more intimate cul de sac but with way better food. The admission and food prices are very reasonable. I ate the pui pui hotdog. Probably one of the best hot dogs I've ever had. They had video games too and TV for the adults. read more

So I had wrote a review last week because I visit this horrible place and apparently they like to take it down so I'm going to make another review and let everybody know that these people like to add tip to your account without even telling you until you pay afterwards. When I ask why is it so much for a soda and some chicken fingers it come out to nine dollars and 5+2 is not 9$ She replied back saying it was because the text didn't make any sense to me so I gave her a $20 bill after she gives me my change she gives me my receipt it says service charge so one these people are liars into delight to take your money when I asked for my money back nicely the lady Was super rude on top of that my friend ask for a cheese stick it took her 20 minutes just to get one slice of cheese stick with a Coke and when I noticed when I left they never charge my friend for the charge fees like they do with me so these people like to play unfair and the management is even worse the older what are you to leave and if you don't like it to come back I don't understand how these people are still up and running but I think everybody should know about this. I totally recommend this place for your children party. I've had about 3 parties plus 1 more coming up. Customer Service has always been amazing, even when we don't host a party. Those people writing negative comments are probably paid by other services around the area, Miami is full of those. The food is delicious, the place is impeccable, the service is outstanding. What I really like and enjoy the most about this place, is that there's only 1 party per day, you have the option to rent the place for 3 or 4 hours, which is perfect for a kid's party. The place also is usually open to the public from 4pm to 9pm, the variety of food and drinks for adults and children is outstanding, especially if you enjoy Latin food. The owners and service personnel are very welcoming and polite. Unfortunately Lazy People nowadays want to solved everything by phone or by email, instead of doing a meet and greet appointment. read more

When you plan on spending upwards of $1,000 on a kids party, you expect excellent customer service. So glad I didn't book it here. We had our son's first birthday here. All my friends kept coming over to tell me how amazing the food was, how much fun their kids were having, how nice the people working there are, and how awesome the party was. The party planner is amazing. She did such a good job decorating the party and she made all the beautiful desserts. It was such a pleasure working with the owner. He made the process so easy and was extremely nice. The food is outstanding! They made the guacamole and salsa right there in front of you so you know it's all fresh. The kids had the best time playing in the play area and the adults enjoyed watching NFL RedZone while eating delicious food and drinks (the rosé sangria is unreal!) . Unfortunately I didn't have a positive experience here while celebrating my daughter's 9th birthday. It is a shame that I didn't have a good experience because I was really looking forward to it. At first I found that the party package prices were a bit high but I didn't mind paying since I thought I was going to receive above and beyond service. The decor provided for the party was beautiful but unfortunately the service was disappointing. The staff at the location was very serious and rude. I felt like I was bothering them by having the party I paid for there. There were many rules for the playground which I found to be odd because I have celebrated dozens of birthdays at indoor playgrounds and they didn't have as many rules. Again, I felt like my guests were a bother which is a big deal for me and my husband. We didn't feel comfortable or at ease in our environment. I think the first problem is the very short time they provide for parties...still with a big price tag. You only get three hours so I felt very rushed. I felt like I was literally being pushed and kicked out the front door so that they can open the location to the public at 3:00. The location offers a cash bar service and the prices for the guests were super high! When the staff served the food, they served such small plates that they looked like kid servings for my adult guests. I was so embarrassed. I also asked them for a recommendation for a glitter tattoo artist to provide entertainment at the party. They told me over the phone not to worry because they could provide this service for one hour at a cost of $150. I agreed to the service and figured it was a professional that was going to do the glitter tattoos. At the party I saw that one of the owners was the one who sat a table to do the glitter tattoos. I am not sure what materials she used because everyone left the party without a tattoo since they had fallen off. I have had glitter tattoo artists at other parties where the tattoos last at least a week. Again, it was the service. I felt like I was bothering the lady behind the counter just to ask for a soda. The end of the party is what really threw me over the edge. We were getting ready to go and my daughter (the birthday girl) asked for a cup of water and the staff member behind the counter said no to go to the water fountain. When my husband inquired it was then said that the staff member behind the counter didn't speak English. Again, poor service. As a hard working mom I left this party disappointed. I really wanted to provide my daughter and my guests with a great experience. Unfortunately, this location didn't do that for me or my family. Please save your money and celebrate elsewhere. Wow !!! Finally a place where this momma can relax ! It's so hard to find a decent place that will satisfy all my 4 children. My oldest being 12 and the youngest 3 - there's a large age gap but yet my 12 year old is happy playing video games and my 3 year old in a play area specifically for children 3 and under and for the other 2 kids - an exciting non-stop play area ! Ohhhhh boy - and food - DELISH !!! I've tried just about all their dishes...everything taste so fresh and homemade ! I found this little gem via Instagram. Having a rambunctious 2 yr old I am always on the hunt for places that entertain and drain my kid. This place delivered. We went on a Sunday and lucky for us, it was just our party and another family that had 4 kids (well, 3 kids and a tiny terrorist, but that's another story.) 6 kids total so we kinda had the place to ourselves. The place is small but pretty comfortable. They offer a big kid area with lots of climbing leading to 2 big slides, a trampoline (my kid loved it) and a secluded area in the back for kids under 2. The equipment was clean and in good shape. The staff was friendly and helpful. My kid had a tiny accident and they were quick to assess the situation and offer ice for her tremendous chichon. The young man who was supervising the play area was great - he was paying attention to everything, even (gently) telling the young terrorist to slow his roll when he decided to go on a bouncing spree when the little ones in my crew were on the trampoline (little a-hole!) They offer a pretty tempting menu with your typical bar food items but per the owner, nothing is fried and everything is healthy. They offer wine and beer which I'll be sure to enjoy next time when I'm not behind the wheel. Be sure to check their "open play" times before making the drive since they only offer this in between birthday parties. read more

Unfortunately I cannot give a good review of this place Take care of your kids. 12 year old kids play with 3 and 4 year old kids, that is too dangerous. One 4 year old girl has broken her arm today when a 12 year old girl jumped and fell over her, and other kids were also hurt in some way or another. These things happen when you mix ages... I won't go back to this place again The mother of the little girl had to rush with her daugther to the hospital. The owners of the place did not even call the 911.
