I've also been nicked by the clippers on two separate visits, which is concerning. After this last experience, the overall care and attention felt very off to me, and I left feeling uncomfortable and unhappy with the service. I normally try to be understanding, but this experience crossed the line for me. I hope they improve communication and professionalism moving forward.
