I went here on a whim and asked Ramsey cut my hair. I asked for a fade, and he took it much higher than I was comfortable with without checking in first. By the time he showed me the progress, we were about 90% of the way through, and It was already at a point where it couldn't be blended smoothly into the top. Ramsey was polite and tried to help fix my hair. Unfortunately I won't be going back. read more

Hands down to Paige. She worked on my sons hair, took her time. Even as my 18 month old son was getting antsy she was amazingly patient. I gave her an amazing tip because I know kids are not easy. This was the third time I came to this barber shop. Ramsey and Eric are great. I really thought I found my new spot. Came in today with my son for a cut. The barber was new. He told me that he had only been here for a week. His clipper pulled the back of my sons back- he has multiple scratches on his neck. The clipper pulled at my neck as well. I did tell him and he applied some lube, but no change. Was not happy with the cut. Also, did not shave the neck line with a blade. That's what all barbers do. Otherwise, I would just go to sport clips. Definitely not for the price we paid for. I did tip him 20%, but will not go back again. read more

A 'social contract' to pay full price is expected if you miss an appt, at least for one of the stylists. I've never seen this before in my life for this type of service. What you will get is a text asking for payment 'thank you for respecting my business' and ''I guess I'm not your barber' ....I get it.... But...this approach just doesn't work for me for said service at all... if this sounds strange to you, there are lots of choices that don't do this. I'd respect the business more with an upfront pmt requirement or docusign, now that is a business requirement I respect. The the guilting text messages.... read more

I took my 5yr old son here after taking him to a kids salon the day before and them doing such a bad job. He had picture day coming up so i had to get it fixed right away. I found Razor's Edge on Help and booked an appointment with Erik Quiroz through his Instagram which was easy and convenient. Erik did a great job and saved picture day! He was also great with my son who is on the Autism Spectrum and can get anxious when getting his hair cut but Erik put cartoons on for him and made him feel super comfortable. I've taken my son to this place twice. The first time a Latino guy cut his hair and did a pretty good job. The second time, a black dud it and he completely shaved my sons head. He was told to leave an inch and a half on the top and he maybe left a quarter of inch. If I wanted him buzzed, I could have done it at home. There's nothing more important to me than great service, and it definitely started that way when I called for a same-day appointment. A buddy of mine from work referred me to this shop, and I am so glad he did. First, I was welcomed to the shop with a cold one. Then, during my cut, I was offered every chance to ensure I was getting the style I wanted exactly how I wanted it without question, only expert guidance through opinion. Ramsey did a solid job on my hair, and I couldn't be happier. I honestly don't remember the last time I was excited about a haircut, let alone styling it and wearing it out instead of under a hat. Not only is he amazing and skilled at his craft, but he's a great person who knows how to talk. The conversation carried through the whole process and made it go by just as quick, and he never lost focus.
