All very reasonably priced, which is getting rarer and rarer for secondhand shops. I always try to stop in when I am in town and usually walk out with something new! And the even better news is that you are right on a busy street with other shops, cafes, restaurants, ice cream shops, boba shops, everything shops. So don't make the trip here just for a quick pop in, walk around and enjoy Somerville afterwards. I do believe you can bring in things to sell which I desperately need to do! My Favorite New Consignment Store…read more From the moment I walked into the store I was surprised that this hidden gem was not the average thrift store. From designer handbags to beautiful sterling silver and gold jewelry, this store definitely captures my attention. The items are reasonably priced, and are in very good condition. I bought a pair of earrings worth about 2.4k through TRR's New Jersey consignment store, and the shipment was handled by UPS. When the package arrived in my country, it was flagged by Customs due to an incorrect declared value. Instead of 200+ tax, I am being charged 2+k, because the value of the earrings was declared at 24k instead of 2.4k I have contacted TRR multiple times over two weeks, often during US business hours, which unfortunately fall in the middle of the night where I live. Despite this effort, the responses were extremely unhelpful. I was repeatedly told to "go back to UPS," even though UPS did not provide the declared value and cannot amend it without the shipper's instruction. TRR promised to correct the declaration, but no correction was actually made. This left me stuck going back and forth between TRR and UPS, with neither taking responsibility for resolving an error that I did not cause. UPS could not clarify who exactly provided the incorrect customs declaration beyond "TRR", and told me to go back to TRR. Customs also informed me that I cannot pay the duties first and claim later. The declaration error must be corrected by TRR, as they arranged the shipment and provided the declared value. As a customer, this has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing, especially from a company that deals in luxury goods and international shipments, where accurate customs documentation should be standard practice. This was supposed to be a Christmas present.

I like to look up reviews for businesses I shop at. When I read the last review, I couldn't just sit back and ignore it. These women did not pick up and leave without telling anyone like Chris says. They moved around the corner to a MUCH larger and MUCH nicer store because as they say they were growing a lot faster than they expected and outgrew their little shop. They even took out a large newspaper ad to announce their move. Why would someone take out an ad if they didn't want people to find them? They are not crooks and did not disappear with anybody's stuff. I am both a consignor and a customer and I have never ever had a problem getting anything they didn't sell back, which honestly isn't much since they typically sell 80-90% of the stuff I bring in. I've even been late in picking up my returns and they still didn't donate my things, which they could have according to our contract. Plain and simple, they are hard working ladies looking to make a few bucks for themselves and their customers. They seem to know their stuff, too. The last place (Mine Street address) was run down and rinky dink. It was decorated nicely, bit was too small and not appealing. I shopped and consigned there anyway because of the reasonable prices and great service. Let me tell you, this new place is really nice. It's roomy and spacious. It;s very welcoming, not cold like a big box store. And they have everything displayed so nice. The selection is amazing and always changing. If you're in the area, check them out. Even if you don;t consign with them or buy anything you;ll see some pretty cool stuff you won't find anywhere else. Give them a try and decide for yourself if these ladies are the type of women you want to do business with.

My husband wanted to trash or donate it, but I remembered hearing about a local consignment shop that works similar to sold it on ebay, so I figured I's see if I can get a few more bucks to help her out. Boy am I glad I found this place! The owners were very nice and very knowledgeable. They take 25 items per appointment and pay better than any other consignment store I know of. There is no cost to consign and at the end of 90 days will either return anything not sold or return to the consignor. So, anything not sold costs me nothing! I was a bit skeptical about how this worked and was afraid they would sell my stuff for dirt cheap. They reassured me that part of the cut is theirs so it is in their best interest to sell for a fair price. I brought 25 items that I anticipated would sell for $10 - $15 each and was hoping they would be able to sell half of it in 90 days, which would mean I'd make about $100, which seemed like a good test. This was 60 days ago. I just got my first check this week. They already sold 21 items of the 25 items I brought and my check was a LOT more than I ever would have expected for what sold! They sure do their homework to price things right so they'll sell "For What It's Worth". I'll be back and will refer my friends and family. No more garage sales for me!
