When the home failed to attract offers, Kelvin attempted to blame a supposed "roof permit issue." This explanation was completely inaccurate and felt like an excuse rather than an honest assessment. There was no permit problem, and the claim had no basis in the actual condition or documentation of the property. Overall, I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for a professional, transparent, and competent realtor. My advice is to choose someone who uses proper marketing, communicates clearly, and takes responsibility for their work.
