Also we are coming from out of town and buying site unseen. This listing company won't even meet us at the residence to show the house. They stated our realtor who lives 4 hours away must come along with us and show it. It's not their job as a listing agency to arrange a showing to out of town buyers. That is a quote from this company to our real estate agent. Our next investment property in this area will certainly not involve this company if we can help it. Avoid them and certainly do not list with them.

Frustrated, while waiting for the call to pick up, I looked at their YELP reviews and saw that so many others were very, very disappointed in their service - an "I don't care" attitude. That's the way I felt trying to get someone to talk to me. Not worth the trouble dealing with them. I hung up. I'll go to another one that really has an interest in doing business.
