We had a fabulous Florida Mid Century house that when we bought it had been upgraded with all the designer fixings and a spacious backyard with room for the 15x 30 6 ft deep pool we built with all new landscaping, turf, slabs and marble creating a resort style backyard. We knew we could probably break even so when a house came up on the market for close to what we were wanting to list I went to the open house to get the low down from the listing agent. On that day I met Mary Heidrich and I knew right away that she was good people. She was charming, warm and friendly and I could tell she was not the typical Floridian Realtor who seemed to look out only for personal gain and greed which was something very important to us since we wanted someone we could trust. We told him some homes we were interested in and he brought other great candidates -- he took us through all of them, but we just could not find something in our budget. My wife and I thought we would have to wait a few months until something else came in the market, but maybe a week or two went by and Steven found a new build that was almost completed -- it was not even listed on any of the big websites (Zillow, etc.).
