Their pricing was in line or better than other estimates we received. We only had them paint the walls (since I was waiting to paint the trim during a later project). I don't know what/if they offer in the way of helping you pick paint since we already had the paint (we'd been painting other walls already and had purchased plenty of paint), but they did let us know how many gallons they'd likely need to be sure that we had enough on hand. Excellent explanation of the process and the time it would take. They communicated well and let us know when another (outdoor) job had run a few days behind and we were able to schedule a good date for us both. I work at home and they respected the need to keep noise down - they were so quiet! The preparation to protect the area where they worked was thorough and the paint job was excellent. The clean up was superb - except for well-painted walls, you wouldn't have known we had anyone there that day! They had let me know if I wanted them to work a longer day that they could have it done in one day and they delivered! I'm telling you, they are the most dependable, consistent, hard-working landscape team we have ever had. As part of our contract, they mow, weed eat and blow weekly, mulch twice a year, aerate and seed twice a year, do fall leave pick up three times or more if needed, they trim the front hedges and are available to do select services for homeowners at reasonable costs. Our lawns and landscapes have never looked so good. These guys and gals are hard-working. They never complain and if something doesn't look right, they return and make it right. Recently their contract came up for renegotiation and even though the prices were raised a bit, the majority of homeowners in our association didn't even blink an eye before giving the thumbs up to awarding another year's long contract.
