The credit card I use tp pay got scammed and I emailed to please contact me....I thought since they were a busy agency that was a polite way to contact them. WAS I WRONG! In the mail today came a cancellation of my auto insurance!! This is after I paid more for homeowners insurance thru them than city property taxes. Yes, I called immediately and solved it but I guess they couldn't be bothered to contact me OR return my email. So much for loyalty . Looks like all these reviews are old...so here is one for 2026..when we need loyalty more than ever. I asked for an explanation and /or an apology...did I get one? NO! Am I to be a customer still..I don't think so..

I was a loyal…read morecustomer for approximately 20 years, never filed a claim, always paid full payment at the beginning of each renewal cycle. Unfortunately a mistake was made by their office and it resulted in my losing a $500 discount, I called the office and tried to resolve the issue but was constantly told we are working on it. I realized the employees of the agency had no interest in helping instead were probably hoping I would get tired of calling and forget about the money. It was then as a business owner myself that I realized I should just speak directly with Joe Schneider, the agency owner and hopefully reach some sort of settlement. I spent the next 2 months writing and or calling the agency. Each time only requesting to speak with Mr. Schneider. I was told he wasn't in the office, and he would get back to me. He even sent several emails saying he realized his office made a mistake and he would call within the week. Each time he didn't call. After almost 3 months he finally called and apologized for the delay and acknowledging he could have done better. Unfortunately they were never able to compensate for the lost discount. I understand the process and I can understand the inability to reach a resolution but I cannot understand why an owner of a business would not at least call a loyal and respectful customer. Especially one who was frustrated by not, at least, being able to talk with the boss (owner) about this. I can accept the loss of the discount but I cannot accept the fact that the owner Joe Schneider wouldn't at least talk to me. Imagine if I had a real problem. I expect a certain minimum amount of customer service and I was very sorry to see that after being a good customer for 20 years. There are a lot of Allstate agencies I will transfer my account to another one. Hopefully they will appreciate their commission and provide at least a minimum of customer service. I would not recommend Joe Schneider agency at all. They are only to happy to write a policy but not willing to at least to pretend they care about the customer. Or provide a minimum of customer service such as returning phone calls in a timely manner.

The customer service it's at a premium level, I had State Farm for many years and after a claim I realized I was paying a cheap price annually therefore it only covered me 1/2 of the real damages it was by Mr Perez coaching that helped me understand that I needed more protection for my home since it was the real value. I'm so happy I switch to this insurance agency By paying a little more I'm more protected vs pay low and hardly any protection. Best way to get IN it's by calling for appointment, these office it's super busy. Everyone shall RE-CHECK their policy to compare with this agency has to offer

    I just called this office for the first time and Jasmine (if that is her name) had a "dislike my…read morejob tone". We wanted to give Farmers Insurance a try for our 2 rental buildings in pilsen. Her questioner is fine but seems she gets upset if you ask a question. One Example: her question was when was it renovated?!! I was confused and I asked, well it is a 5 unit bulging (which she knew), do you want the building or each apartment. Her answer was "I guess". Then she was more annoyed that I asked why is she asking for each material used to update each apartment? It is a honest question we should ask ourselves. She was annoyed. I asked why and she said "do you want to continue this quote in a rude tone. I replied "not like that on how your tone is". She hung up on me. I called back to her her name and ask for her manager, she apparently does not have a manager. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENTS TO THIS OFFICE of JOSE PEREZ!! If this is how we get treated to get a quote, imagine after they insure you. Horrible.
