I was certain that these were not scratches in the glass and that there had to be some issue with the installation because nothing ever touched our door that high. Brian came out to show how there were indeed about 100 scratches. He came once to show my assistant manager and then again to show me. Really appreciate his time, understanding, and patience with me!

I pulled on it and it was locked. I looked to see an "open" sign or light or anything and pulled again. I started to walk back to my car and the door opens and he looks at me and says "why did you pull on my door like that?". I said "I have an appointment". He said "you did not have to pull on my door like that". No "good morning" no "thank you for coming to get work done" just straight confrontation. I just flashed a peace sign and said "have a good day man". I own my own company and I can tell you how I treat my customers matters.
