I recently viewed a dog on their site"Duke" and sent several e-mails telling them who I was and that I had adopted a dog from them the prev. year. I did not hear back from the e-mails(this is why I sent so many) and when they did reply they had placed the dog with a Great Dane group. Why would you place a dog with anouther shelter when you have some one who was so interested to adopt? So sad, would not waste my time looking at their page. If they want to save animals they should adopt them out instead of shuffling them to other shelters.

The shelter manager Ben Hood worked with me for weeks getting an adoption set up for 2 dogs that had been scheduled to be put down and had no other chance of being adopted. In addition to the overwhelming duties of running a high intake, non-profit shelter, I was in daily contact, several times a day and any concern or question I had was promptly addressed.

We are new in town and was looking to establish a groomer for my two pups. The cut was perfect, she listened, and asked questions about how my dog is usually groomed. She finished the cut with a good quality bow, unlike other groomers who just use typical groomer bows the shred after a day.
