He was rude, impatient, and spoke to me in such a condescending manner on the phone, I couldn't believe it was the same person. I was asking questions trying to figure out my schedule (to be without a car) and the pricing (I'm retired and on a budget) but he knew I was going to give him my business so there was no reason for him to lose his patience and be so unprofessional. I was surprised and disappointed.

I brought them the fabric and had them recover the headboard and add piping and nail heads. Their work is superb and it clearly shows much finer craftsmanship than what I had before. They took the time and care to make sure each nailhead was perfectly spaced and they even placed a nice fabric on the back, so it will look good from any angle. I would highly recommend Luna Upholstery. They completed my project within two weeks, and charged a very fair price.

Left old strips in so when brought home someone sat on it... it…read morecollapsed - bottom fell out . took back and recharged me again. at same time took a chair and had to take back twice. some placed had no stitching and left staples under the arm that i had to pull out because would have scratched someones hands.. the staples never made it in the arm rest part. they were at one time great but when two separate experiences happen i have and will go back again. i have sent designers there, i have recommended them but after my experience i will not recommend or send another person there.
