Today I finished my package of laser treatments at the Grande Med Spa. My package included a combo of skin tightening, ridding my sun damage and age spots, and a wrinkle smoothing treatment. When I first went there i was nervous because i had never dont any type of laser before in my life, but I am to the age where I knew i had to be proactive about my aging skin. During my consultation, the tech i talked to was very knowledgeable about all the lasers and what would benefit me most. She was not pushy one bit and actually sent me home with information on the laser so i could do my own research before i made my investment. The facility is beautiful, very clean, and the staff is very warm and friendly. Everyone there, from booking my appointment, to providing me treatment, to checking out is professional. I would recommend the lasers they offer to anyone and everyone and advise everyone to make a consultation because they will help you with ANY of your skin care needs. I have gotten numerous compliments on my skin. My skin has never looked better and i owe it all to the girls at GMS!! I cant wait to start my next lset of aser treatments and micros with them!! I don't know how people could ever write one single bad thing about the Grande Med Spa, and saying it is expensive! I went to the Grande Med Spa last week and had the best experience I have ever had. The staff was extremely nice and was eager to help me with every concern I had. The prices were the best I have ever got! I have wanted to do laser for a while and I have checked around and the Grande Med Spa prices were the best I have found! The atomsphere is breath taking and the results after just one treatment are simply amazing. I think that you need to experience the spa yourself because you will be blown away by everything! I could not be happier and would recommend the spa to anyone looking to have anything done! I am scheduled for my next appointment in a month but with I could go in everyday! It is truly an amazing place to go and the people that work there make it even more enjoyable! When I think something is amazing, you'll know it. Spas are my vacation getaways. I have been to spas from California, Arizona, Las Vegas and New York. The Grande Med Spa in Grand Blanc, Michigan tops them all!! I was blown away; every single detail was so luxurious and the ambience took my breath away. Not to mention the beautiful and personable staff, who catered to my every need. From laser skin tightening, laser brown spot removal, Microdermabrasion and facial peels. Every treatment delivered unbelievable results! The facial I received at the Grande Med Spa was so personalized and rejuvenating, I came out looking and feeling like a million bucks! My experience has been phenomenal to say the least . The Grande Med Spa has truly changed the way I feel and look I couldn't imagine going anywhere else . The staff consist of professional , knowledgeable , friendly , and beautiful ladies that makes you feel comfortable . All their services are amazing ! Especially the facials trust me when I say it takes years off of you my family and friends constantly ask have you had cosmetic surgery? I really enjoy getting my laser treatments at grande med spa. The office is easy to find, very welcoming, beautiful and an extremely comfortable atmosphere. They offer you a drink while you are waiting for your appointment, which usually only takes them a few minutes to set up your room. The staff is amazing. You are always greeted with a smile with some of the greatest customer service I have ever received. The only reason I did not give them a 5 is because I haven't had the greatest results with my laser treatments.... Yet! They are continuing to work with me until I am satisfied which is really unheard of! I haven't received any other treatments at their spa but plan to in the near future. read more

I have had a few different treatments done at the Grand Med Spa. The girls are very patient and did not pressure me at all! I had been debating on voluma for over a year, had been in several times, himming and hawing, just to scared to do it. Finally I decided to go for it and I am so happy with my results. I honestly wish I would have done it sooner. I found they are very honest with the expectations of their products, What I could expect and not expect. I was looking for a little pick me up so to speak. As i entered Grand Med Spa the staff was warm and friendly.....that was reassuring! I had a great consultation...and what happened next was just short of miraculous! I recieved something different than i asked about and left looking at least 5 yrs younger, an inch taller(i felt) and No pain.....Mini Laser Face lift is a wonderful way to go if you have moderate wrinkles, sagging, and lack of radiance! I had underarm hair removal treatments and was very nervous. I was amazed at how painless and not awkward it was. The techs were friendly nd professional ladies. I have gotten several chemical peels and Botox treatments. The staff at Grande Med Spa is professional and knowledgeable. I have cystic acne and they have helped me select the best treatments for it. Their prices are competitive...especially their Botox. Their office has a spa like setting...much more ambiance than a dermatologists office. Great experience. My esthetician was Lindsey, and I had the free mini lift treatment and an awesome facial. No pressure from the staff; Lindsey gave me her recommendations and I didn't feel as if they were trying to sell me something no matter what.
