i waited for a response over a week after receiving the wrong item and never heard back from…read moreanyone. my first issue was never receiving an email confirmation. the phone number and email provided on their website do not work. so i messaged them on facebook and got a response telling me that my package was shipped to a completely different state and they were sending out a new one. i got an email for this package and received the item shortly after. it's the wrong item. the item i purchased still shows available on their website. so i message them again to let them know a mistake was made included photos and requested the correct time be sent. unanswered. sent a few more messages that went unanswered as well. i understand mistakes happen - were human but zero response? disheartening to say the least.

While this is no fault of GNC, I wish there were smaller packages for some items -- specifically protein powder -- so you could try something without having to commit to an enormous $50 tub of something, only to find out you hate it. Despite this, they helped point me in the right direction of what I need now, how my body would likely react, and when to take which supplements. I was suffering a little sticker shock after that first purchase, but after some price shopping they're actually pretty competitive. Not sure if this is a habit I can keep up, but if I do I'm sure to come back to this location.
