Read good reviews and decided to drop by and get my suv tinted. Decided on all around tint plus windshield and pano roof. 70% VLT on windshield, pano roof, and all rear windows. Front door windows have 20% VLT. Always had 35% in previous cars but always thought I could go a little darker for more privacy. Glad I did. It now matches the factory tint color and darkness on the rear windows very nicely. Driving at night is fine. Actually makes my heads up display brighter on the windshield. Installed with Suntek CIR brand tint. Took about 4 hours and was done nicely. Took a couple attempts at the front windshield tint and you can't even tell there is tint on it. Was initially apprehensive with water use on inside windshield above dashboard full of electronics but it was protected well enough by them. I can tell they take pride in their work. Heat blocking is noticeably a lot better. Maybe 40-50% heat reduction in sun light heat gain thru the windows. Has some low angle haze inherent in most ceramic tints but it is not very noticeable and you get used to it after a while during those infrequent low sunlight angles. I came in on a late Saturday morning to have my windows tinted for my car and looked this place up through the Google. Service: I was greeted by Miguel, who is the owner and he explained to me all the options regarding my windows being tinted and gave me good deals on the warranty. He explained to me the different shades regulation for Texas and showed me how he had his car tinted. I decided to go with 35%front/5% back and rear with life time warranty. He told me it would take around 45 minutes. Overall: Miguel was very friendly and gave me great customer service! It actually took around 30 minutes to get all my windows done and the tints look amazing! He gave me warning stickers and told me not to roll the windows down for 3-5 days. These guys are great! I went back on several occasions bc I was so happy with the services they provide. First was just my tint all around, then they were able to smoke out my tail lights and then eventually the headlights and side running lights. The technician was able to strip off all the existing tint and redo it in less than 3 hours. That's a ton of work and it isn't cheap. Good work isn't cheap and I think their prices are more than fair. They went above and beyond to help me with additional referrals for my car for some paint touch ups with another guy. I requested a quote for a paint protection and tint only to arrive to find a final price $700 more. My needs did not change but the price jumped dramatically overnight. I asked the owner how he could misquote me almost 200% incorrectly to no direct answer only a new quote $400 more than quoted. I've done stuff on my truck before, so I knew what I wanted I was very clear and texted him everything that I wanted so that way he had a list on what I was expecting, and they kind of didn't follow my list at all. I had a box of my old stuff and I wanted some of it installed but instead of reading my list they just put everything in my box of old stuff and installed it, I didn't care to ever mess with it to get it fixed because this place was so far out of my way should've gone somewhere else closer, but I didn't realize they had only done half of what I asked after charging me full price for it? That's a plus, However my side signals no longer light up to indicate turns and My rear view mirror also no longer receive power. When i took it back he stated that all the lights where blown out.
