I had a 2014 Nissan Altima tinted here in December of 2013. The tint on one window was peeling a little, so I took my car in on August 28, 2024 to see what might be done to fix it. I still had the warranty information from 2013 (lifetime warranty on the film). Not only did they honor the warranty and agree to fix the one window, but they offered to retint the entire car under the warranty due to the fact that the one window would have a different color tint with the fading over time. This was way more than I would have ever expected. The entire car was retinted on August 29, 2024. The tint looks great! Just be sure to keep your warranty information. This is the second car I've had done there and they do an amazing job. Lionel is very personable and kept me informed about the process. Unfortunately my key fob was left on the vehicle and flung off when I drove home which cost about 280 to replace, but Lionel provided a wonderful locksmith and paid it fully in less than an hour. Other than that all the employees are kind and do a great job. i got 30% on the front two, and 20% on the back and rear. I will be going back to get the UV protection kit on the front windsheild of both my cars. Definitely recommend them ! read more

I took my 2023 Ford F-150 over to Tint Connection after reading a few reviews about the service and work quality others had experienced from the business... I met Mr. Lionel who happened to be the owner. Lionel welcomed me and greeted me with a friendly smile. I told Lionel the color tint I was looking into for my truck. I was shown several tint options with pricing. Lionel suggested I looked over the selection to see which best fitted the look i was after. That suggestion from him was the determining reason i looked no further... In a business like this, you often get the pressure sale. Lionel allowed me to make my decision without him pestering to make the sale...I was also pleased that he gave me a time completion, as no one ones to wait during theses types of events, and the job was done by the set time. Not the cheapest place to go for tint, but these guys know what they are doing. They use top level material, and their workmanship is fantastic. It does get busy so be prepared to leave your car all day, but the end result is worth it if you want a quality tint job. read more

Stay Away Stay Away Stay Away!!! First of all, I called about a warranty job that was performed here a little over a year ago. I was told over the phone that they would honor the warranty and take care of it, that's not what happened when I got there. The guy that I spoke with started pitching all these different SALES pitch about how it was my wife's fault and that I would have to pay full price. At the end of the day, Do Not Believe these guys about there warranty program! I no as a consumer, for warranty jobs, they do the job and bill the company but that's not what happens when you go to a shop the is out doors and uses garage covers to do there tint work. I took my 2008 Toyota Avalon to Houston Tint Connection to have the tint removed from the rear window. Over the years it had begun to bubble and discolor making it difficult to see out the rear window. Met with Lionel the owner who advised that due to the length of time the tint had been on the window the defroster coils may get damage while removing the tint. However this was not to be . The window is clear and the defroster works. Lionel and his staff did a great job at a very reasonable price. I would recommend his work to anyone. read more

I did not have work performed here, but the quote I received was way too high ($100-$200) over their competitors. The work is performed outdoors and is exposed to dust and sweaty installers. There is a small waiting area inside a shed/office (i.e. don't expect to wait for your car). I took my vehicle to Alta Mere instead and saved a ton of money, and did so in a clean and professional showroom environment that uses the same exact tint that this place uses (LLumar ATC and CTX). I brought my new Acura ILX to the Tint Connection after I received a recommendation from Dr Detail next door. I overlooked Tint Connection despite them being right down the street from me because they didn't show high in online searches and their building wasn't all that impressive. I gave it a shot anyways and walked over to get a quote, they came in slightly higher than where I was planing on going to, but it was in the ballpark and I trusted the recommendation. The following week I came back and had my rear and side windows tinted. I was very pleased with the job and put it on par with what I would expect from the dealership. The guys were pleasant, very social and I felt like they were long time friends. It was mentioned in my first visit that I could legally tint my windshield with a ceramic coating that would block 43% of the heat that comes through the windshield and 99% of the UV rays. I hadn't budgeted time or money for this in my first visit but cam back in two weeks. I had a couple people in front of me, so I went to dinner and the att store; when I came back they had started on my car. The windshield was much more involved due to the tolerances and extreme angles. They also went the extra mile and stashed my dash cam wires in the rear view mirror wire conduit! Overall, they did a great job, nearly flawless! Only on extreme inspection, I was able to find one small, fine hair, this is surprising because I work with dogs 6 days a week and I am coated in dog fur daily. The product has significantly reduced the temperature of my car, it actually feels like I was using my sun visor and when I use the sun visor it is like I parked in a garage when I get back. I have recommended this shops to my neighbors and stereo shop; I would have no hesitations recommending the shop to anyone else who is looking. read more

They did a good job on 90% of my windows, but some dirt was left under the tint on one of my windows. When I went back the next day to have them fix it, their excuse was their shop has a lot of dust and tried to talk me out of having them fix it. Definitely sounded to me like the guy just didnt want to fix it and not make any money out of his time. This was my second time to go to them and both times have been subpar.
