Fast-forward to this morning, my tent has peeled on a few windows and it has made it really difficult for me to see out of while driving luckily enough I remembered my receipt to show proof of warranty so I called the location closest to my job. Online I saw appointments were suggested. I didn't make one. I wasn't sure if I'd be able to go so I was a walk in on a Saturday morning (last minute). Brought my 2024 Model 3 here to get my windows tinted. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The customer service from JR was great[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], but the work done left me unsatisfied. I specifically told JR to make sure the LED strips in the car were covered to remain dry, because it's very common that after getting wet from a tint they start peeling. JR said not to worry and that tinting is done with professional standards. They still messed up my strips + left bubbles in the tint. read more

I always had this impression that tinting my car windows would cost me an arm and a leg. I'm happy to report that all is fine :p and that my car windows are tinted courtesy of Executive Tint. These guys are professionals at what they do and excel at customer service! The entire process from door to door lasted roughly around 45 minutes or so. It was raining heavily that day and I think I spent the initial 5 minutes or so waiting in my car for the rain to stop :/ Anyways, the guys working here are super knowledgeable and polite. They have many options available (pertaining to tint) and different pricing structure. I got a decent deal for my windows so I have no complaints. Did I mention, they have a lifetime warranty? Wowza! The place is huge for a car window tinting service. They have a huge walk-in area for customers with some demo window tints based on the material (ceramic, high performance, 3M) for you to check under direct bright yellow light (simulating heat) and the impact of the tints. It was a cool experience to check out the effect each material has towards light and the level of protection you'd get from the scorching sun. They have a seating area with water cooler and restrooms. There's another lounge area with couch, vending machine and TV's. The entire place was clean and honestly, you wouldn't need the lounge area since the service was so quick (unless, of course, they have a huge line of customers wanting to tint their car windows). I've been wanting to tint my car windows for such a long time and this place just took care of this entire process effortlessly. From their quick customer service, to the array of different tints to choose from along with different materials based on your budget, to the fantastic prices and the abundantly huge place for you to sit and relax while they tint your windows. first off I got the 3m $850 tint done for the entire car, I've so far have come in twice now to have them fix issues. I need to take it back again because they pulled off my heater lines in the back window but didn't show me the warning until after I picked the car up. I stopped by because their signage in front of the building said....TINTING $99. I figured at those prices I could afford ANY upgrade prices. Well, the sign is a lie and prices don't even star that low for quality installation. Salesperson prices began at $350 and his price wise pitch continued to rise. He even had some sort of box/ gadget where one could place there hand in, complete with a high luminous light bulb to simulate the heat of the SUN. The premise was to place your hand in the box while he SLID samples of tinted glass over your inserted hand to shield it from the heat of the "HOT" bulb. Thus allowing you to discern which thickness of tinting would be best to buy in our TEXAS HEAT. NOT that it would be best for you WALLET but a good circus act at best. read more

I had tint installed back in 2015 by Executive Tint to my car and recently it began rolling up at the bottom of the car windows, I remembered being told when I purchased it that it had a lifetime warranty on it as long as I brought them the receipt. I found my receipt and went there this morning to talk to them about 3 of the door windows starting to roll up at the bottom and how my rear window had became blurry to see out of. I have to say wow! Frank helped me as soon as I got there, I showed him my receipt and with a smile he got my keys and told me an approximate time my car would be ready, with no questions asked or trying to give me a hard time about replacing it. I came back later to get my car and was pleasantly surprised that not only were the windows that needed tint replaced done, but even the 1 window that wasn't damaged they replaced just to keep it all new! Frank handed me back my receipt and let me know if I ever had anymore problems with the tint in the future to just come on in and they would be happy to take care of it! Bait and switch!! Scam artists and dishonest business practices. Don't send your wife in or they will think they can take advantage of her!!!! If you call them and tell them what you drive, they will tell you will do your whole car for $99 but they won't tell you that it's not 3m as advertised and that it's $125 if you want the back to be a different tint than the front and then they will tell you they can't tint the whole back window and there will be a seam because the roll isn't wide enough. That is of course Unless you go with the 3M which is $275. Of course they don't tell you any of this over they phone. They bait you with the $99 whole car tint and don't tell you any of the details that you don't know to ask about. Then they get you in the store and try to get you to go with the way more expensive option!!! Shady, unethical, sexist scam artists!!! Take your business anywhere else!!!! Avoid either location!! This whole company needs to be sued or investigated for their possibly criminal business practices. read more

The staff was rule and not being helpful at all. First time coming there, they treated me like a real customer, greating and explaining different types of tints and so on. A year later, my tint fell off but I have lifetime warranty so I came back to get it fix. I was the first one get there around 10:30 or 11:00. They took my car in right the way. Late on, there were 2 other cars came in. They were both new customers. I don't know what they did in the back of the shop but somehow those 2 came out earlier than mine. Not until 2:30 or maybe 3 they done with my car. When I asked the staff why, he started yelling at me like I was stupid because I didnot know the procedure or something. I asked to see his manager but he claimed he was the manager, which I was doubtful because he was too young and too dumb to be one. Great quality, bad customer service. Never come back. read more

No warranty on web page and amateur-level quality of workmanship - left damage in car and grains under film on some windows. Customer service is great and waiting room is nice, but the reason for going with a laser cutting tint shop is to meet the expectations of a high-end shop. Also, standard flat pricing for the car type should be given. A different price was given over the phone than the higher price once in shop. Brought in my un-tinted, new car about a month ago and there were nick marks along some of the internal edges and a gouge from the tools to my headliner. They don't use auto-retracting blades so if they drop a razor, your leather seats/parts could be damaged. After getting my car back, there were dark water drops all over my light tan seats I had to scrub out. For the back seats, dark finger streaks were smudged on one of the headrests and water was pushed into the edges, causing condensation to build up (likely no absorbent rope was used). When leaving, I accidentally drove behind the "no customer" line and saw part of the shop. The mess of stacked boxes and blown in dirt were a bit alarming - no wonder my seats came back filthy. My radio dials were also a mess (which made it obvious no powder-free gloves are used) and they didn't put my radio back on the station I came in with. "30 years experience" is inaccurate when the actual guy doing the tinting is barely in his 20's. Using stock web photos of cars on the website that have never been tinted by the company is just being disingenuous. The cars in other photos are seemingly legit though and look great from the outside. Almost 6-700 bucks was spent on high end tint and adhesive defects and gunk were left in the car and headliners left messy. Had they been cloth, they would have easily stained. Cleaning up after ones work and checking it before giving it back to customers would prevent having to peel off cured film later. The only way adhesive gets in the car is because someone left a piece of tint trimmings on the leather too long. This happened here. Bottom line - GO WITH ANOTHER SHOP THAT POSTS THEIR WARRANTY and has more experience. My normal shop had a 7 week lead time because they are the best in the industry. I should have had more patience and just waited. This shop has nice guys working there, and are very cordial and friendly, but sadly the skill level is just not commensurate with the prices My shop did the rework for free and just charged for parts and labor as if it were a new job. I got a response from a manager and he said he will be giving me a full refund, which is very good for customer service. That would be a 5 star in my book. read more
