For an authentic Pinoy fried chicken with a saying "sarap to the bones", (delicious until the bones), you can only find it here at Max's Restaurant. I have dined in several Max's Restaurant all over the Philippines but not as a walk in customer, but always through parties, birthdays, baptisms and wedding reception. Every Max's Restaurant that I have been too has a classy ambience with dark wooden chairs, brick stone designed walls, and some of them have function rooms. I recently went to my friend's wedding reception in max's restaurant in Las Pinas and we dined in a small private room on the second floor that can seat only 30 guests (it was a small wedding ceremony) , they availed of Max's wedding package which already composes of a two layer cake, decorated guest tables, wedding themed decorations, guest book, free use of sound system and venue for two hours. It was really a lovely and romantic setting. Filipino cuisine was the main entree that the couples chose together, and it was tasty and delicious. After the reception,I was intrigued by the cakes and pastries that they sell so I got the Ube cake which was surprisingly delectable and sweet. If you're looking for a party venue, consider the Max's near you. read more
