There are bathrooms and large doors to enable vendors and caterers plenty of room (these caterers actually cooked on the street and passed the food in to a long table). The courtyard had enough character to require very little decoration and had enough room for about 100 chairs for the ceremony, a bar run from a retro Airstream, several cocktail tables, and a dance floor. In the actual working warehouse, the venue had permitted a sweetheart table set-up and I believe the couple had some of their pictures taken here. It was fantastic smelling too! Now, if you know anything about Savannah and you looked at the address, you probably already know the downside. If you're not familiar with Savannah, let me just say it isn't the best area in town, and Savannah's "not best" areas can be pretty bad. Our hosts planned ahead and hired armed security, which I was very grateful to see and should definitely be part of any budget for a wedding held here. Nifty, off the beaten path venue with lots of character!

Wow! They have so much to choose from. Any condition and size lumber you could imagine is there. I showed a couple of pictures of what I want to make to Ramsey and Brinker and they even helped me come up with some additional ideas. They offered to dig through all of their selection to help find the perfect pieces for me and called me back in a couple of hours to tell me they had several picked for me to choose from. I am a first time customer that wasn't buying much, but they treated me like I was the biggest customer around. Couldn't have asked for more interesting guys or better customer service! I will be back!
