We are so grateful for Dr Tylor and her team! After a frustrating and turbulent year for my toddler…read more(and us) we were referred to Dr Tylor and now the future looks so much brighter for my Littles. She performed double frenectomies on both my infant daughter and my toddler son and the changes we are already seeing are magnificent! She was so caring, understanding and informative throughout the entire process and her team was as well. My son is a uncooperative little booger and they were all so patient with him. We will forever be grateful for the care we received from this practice. Thank you!

Dr. Tylor was such a gift to our family. We had a similar story to some of the reviewers -- our…read moreinfant son had an obstructed airway and tongue-tie. Being our first baby, we were extremely concerned about his issues with his passage way. Unfortunately, no medical professionals were diagnosing him. They were stumped. We finally got referred to Dr. Tylor, right around the time our son turned 10 months. At our first appointment, she walked into the treatment room and was able to diagnose him in 30 seconds by just looking at him. She was able to suggest a treatment plan going forward and didn't want to waste anytime. She happily answered about a million questions. Fast forward to his outpatient surgery before his first birthday, everything went off without a hitch. Her surgical team was amazing and you could just tell they respect her as the expert. Our son got a cold after surgery, and Dr. Tylor answered my frantic calls and texts around 11pm at night. I think most importantly what I want to say is...having a baby is hard already. We were already so stressed out, and Dr. Tylor treated him as if he was her son. I will never be able to thank her enough for her care and expertise. He was a different child after the surgery. Babbling, running, BREATHING, thriving. From our hearts, thank you. P.s. She works her tail off. Never not working.

After a negative sleep study, yet still snoring in my sleep (or so I was told) and having…read moredifficulty breathing through my nose, I was referred to an ear, nose and throat (ENT) doctor. As someone who worked in the healthcare industry for a decade and a half, I always knew that Dr. Braganza was one of the best and most trusted providers in the ENT specialty within Santa Barbara County. After being given a referral, I surprisingly was able to get in fairly quickly for an appointment. The staff was friendly from the minute I made an appointment to the day I arrived at the office. I was especially thankful for the nurse that helped the doctor out. I have an odd fear of sensitive areas of the body being messed with (particularly the eyes and nose). When they told me I needed to have a quick nose scope done, they provided plenty of numbing spray (thankfully twice) and allowed me to put my feet up during the quick procedure. The doctor was extremely patient and willing to work with me even though I came off as a difficult patient. He was very thorough with his questions and suggestions. I would highly recommend Dr. Braganza's office for anyone who needs to seek care or treatment from an ENT doctor.

I always had a great experience with neighborhood Clinics in Santa barbara so when I hurt myself…read moreand couldn't get in they sent me to Isla Vista. My appt was at 315 and was relieved I could do all the paperwork online because I can't use right arm and I am right handed. Well...no. when I got there they threw a bunch of papers at me to fill out even though it was obvious I was in sling and couldn't fill it out. They offered no help whatsoever and my friend had to fill out papers. The papers were weird. A questionnaire about drug addiction mental illness ect. I have neither of those issues. They could have just asked. I went in at 345. I am in a lot of pain so waiting was unbearable however the medical assistant was lovely and I had hope. Finally what seemed forever the Dr came in. I sat over an hour watched him type. And type and type while in agony. I told him narcotics given in er made me sick didn't want to take them no alternative given. No exam given. Nothing. He barely spoke to me. He scheduled an M.R.I. which I told him I had 4 metal clips but he ignored it. Thankfully radiology canceled it today they knew I could not do it so in my opinion the entire day wasted. I walked out of that place at 5:15. 2 hours sitting in moderate pain for nothing. They said they referred me to orthopedic MD but nothing surfaced there either. I think they cater to addictions etc. I would not go back with medical problem. I feel I was kicked to curb because of my insurance. Will not return

If you're going to claim to be a trans-friendly clinic, you have to stop misgendering trans people…read moreon their paperwork. It's just basic. As a transgender woman, I don't appreciate that their printed "patient information" forms list "birth sex" as just "sex." There's no other information provided about gender at all. If all you had was my form you would conclude that I was a man. I will happily change this review if they change this policy, but my understanding is the people in charge of that refuse to. Apparently, not being disrespectful to trans patients is just too hard for them. That is NOT being "trans-friendly." It's hostile. It's absolutely unacceptable.
