Unprofessional, rude, and the policy of charging $100 just for making an appointment regardless of a 7 day cancellation speaks for itself. He used an alloderm graft to correct retraction, but the graft got completely dissolved by my body. Furthermore he performed orbital decompression which made my corners decompressed. I have now severe retraction with blunted corners. Before the surgery, my corners were never touched, I only had some slight retraction. My consult with him was via skype and lasted only 10 minutes. I regret going to him and would not advise him.
