The sweetest family owns this flower shop! I walked in right before closing for flowers for a special someone. I asked if they could make me a flower bouquet with red flowers for about $50-$60. Stopped by here two days before my dads funeral to order a standing floral spray, Robert was very helpful and accommodating to my budget! He made it easy to pick a standing spray out. The price was reasonable and he even gave me a beautiful blue rose he was going yo use on the standing spray. Would drive by this location a lot before and remember their signed said funeral arrangements start at $99. Decided to stop by and ask for pricing. Was showed an album with a lot of different arrangements. There was one that stood out to me. The one request I had was for the roses to be hot pink as it was my grandma-in-law's favorite color. Upon arrival I was so disappointed. The wreath looked nothing like the picture. I told the gentleman that was working that I had requested a specific one, luckily I had take a picture of the one requested. He said the notes only said a wreath with hot pink, the person that took down my order didn't write the reference number of the arrangement. He said he would try to fix it my adding Lilies & Gypsophila. It looked a tiny bit better but I was still disappointed especially for what I paid. Honestly I don't think I'll be going back. I normally go to DTLA but I figured I'd give a local shop a try. I didn't take a picture of what it looked like after he fixed it but it was nowhere near to the picture. This is an ideal location to pick up a bouquet, balloons or large arrangement for a loved one at Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital or for your sweetheart on the way home. Rosario helped us and pointed out excellent tropical designs. They have flowers (according to ad on the front of the window) for weddings/funerals. Shop was lively and had cute bears at entrance. Horrible!!! I put in a birthday floral arrangement on the 19th with Teleflora and they told me this florist would be responsible for making it happen. It's unbelievably shocking how poor the product quality and customer service are. I chose the Deluxe "Jumping for Joy" floral arrangement with a mylar balloon & large stuffed animal. I understand there is limited supplies on flowers but thinking I put the order in a week in advanced the arrangement would be close to what I selected and fresh right? Keep in mind this was a birthday arrangement. So the recipient called me to let me know she received the flowers but there was no balloon or larger stuffed animal. It continues to go downhill. The card did not read the message I included, the delivery person made her feel uncomfortable, and the flowers were wilted. This was a horrid experience and will made sure I never do business with this florist again. read more

The service that I received today was extremely impressionable. Somebody loves doing what they do (Robert)! I phoned in my order... random website search looking for a floweriest in the Whittier/ Norwalk area to deliver apology roses to my husband's work location. Came in early one day just to surprise my ex gf who I was fighting for at the time. She loves sunflowers and I really wanted to make her feel something positive. Even if it was for one second. I usually don't see any arrangements with them. Hardly ever see bouquets of sunflowers either so I had a little vision and told the lady that was there. She was extremely helpful and patient. I feel like I was coming off very picky even though i am the person paying for it. I got about 5 or 6 sunflowers that were $4 each and then I asked if she had brown paper to wrap them in. She didn't have the paper so I asked if she had anything brown to wrap them in. She didn't have anything but she did pop out with this netting thing and a spray can lol I thought that was really nice of her because she was trying to help with what I wanted. Went into the shop on Saturday looking for an Easter bouquet for Sunday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They showed me their completed bouquets which were very nice and also offered to do a custom design to meet my budget. I decided to go with a custom design. I told them I just wanted a nice bouquet to go on our kitchen table because we were having some family over for Easter. Told them I wanted something that says "Happy Easter " without saying it literally. That said they would have it ready the next day by 9:30am. Went back on Sunday at 10am to pick up and was blown away when they brought it out of the fridge. The wife and family loved it. I have ordered from them in the past with zero issue. This time around they forgot to deliver flowers on Valentines day. No call from them, or email saying they could not deliver. I called them the next day , First said they did not deliver anything ordered on the 13th. My order was placed prior to that. They could then not find my order. They told me they would call me back, No response. I would have understood that they overbooked for that day, had they notified me before hand I could have made other arrangements. So my incident happened a while ago but every time I drive by this I get upset. My mom wanted to stop by to purchase some flowers. She ended up paying with and not realizing the 100 bill she gave the lady. Upon leaving she realized the mistake. She still had the 20 she meant to pay with. Upon returning 10-15min later to the parking lot I noticed two young people a car next to us. As we walked in we asked about the mistake, they soon followed. We asked the lady about the mistake as the lady said no you paid with the 20. Immediately after the two young kids in the car from the parking lot walked in. The two kids were not good actors and said we are here to pick up the 80 dollar order. The lady took out a hundred dollar bill and said they paid with a hundred. What a coincidence. The lady was fumbling and obviously lying. I asked her if I can see the cameras and she said they are not working. Of course. I contacted sheriff deputy who came and said it was a civil matter. So out $80 dollars my mom on fixed income left $80 short for the month. Buyer beware.. read more
