The arrangement was very nice. The prices were a bit too high. I wanted to order a large size arrangement and I thought I did that because of the price... and choosing premium. I was a little bit disappointed because it was not as large as I thought it would be. The staff was very responsive and prompt with communication. They made the delivery on time before the service. Next time, I might order and pick up so I could see the size first.

This is one of the most beautiful floor arrangements we've ever had. We called them a day before, and they made a Sunday delivery. The owner and his family are so incredibly kind, and the arrangement was utterly gorgeous. We will continue using them. So grateful we found them. And they texted us pictures of the arrangement before it was delivered and you get an immediate delivery confirmation. It was was amazing and we are so happy. Better than we could have imagined

Amore Dolce Flowers... are the best if I could give you 10 stars.. I would ...a little bit about this flower shop last night a girlfriend and I were supposed to meet for dinner. She got a call that her mother was ill. We had to cancel our dinner arrangements..I felt so bad it was 7pm. This flower shop closes at 8pm. I was able to speak with Yolanda who was super sweet. she was very empathetic and arrange last minute within an hour to do a beautiful arrangement and had it delivered last minute. I don't think other flower shops who are closing in an hour would've gone over and above to make this happen so if you're looking for a reliable affordable beautifully designed flowers, you definitely have to try this shop. It is a family owned business and it would be nice if we support them.

Ordered a bouquet of roses and lilly's for my girlfriend's birthday. They sent a complimentary text with an image of the flowers to ask for my approval. Of course I approved them cause they were stunning. My girlfriend wasn't home to accept the delivery, but we have a nice bench in our porch that they set the flowers on and the delivery person sent me a text with the image of them being delivered. We came home about 30 minutes after delivery, she loved them! This is a 2nd or 3rd time I've ordered flowers from Amore Dolce Flowers and as long as I live close by, I will continue to use them.

I Received a dozen long stem roses for my birthday yesterday. The quality and arrangement were so beautiful. Although there was a slight delay with delivery due to the heavy rain, the communication was excellent. The flower shop even wrapped the arrangement so that the rain would not ruin the paper. I absolutely recommend this flower shop! The attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

This flower shop is a hidden gem in Whittier. We booked them just five days before the event, which was for our mom's memorial. Lyn is such a blessing. She was very accommodating, kind, and thorough. She made sure every floral arrangement was done perfectly. We ordered two large angel wings with pink hearts in the center, flowers for the urn, and arrangements for two photos. Everything turned out beautifully, exactly as we had hoped. We paid $1,955 for everything, and I found it very reasonable for the quality of both the products and the service. Amore Dolce missed the mark. I texted them pictures of the bouquet I wanted and I was assured over the phone that they understood what I wanted. I received a random Christmas arrangement that I did not order. I said I was going to my family's on Christmas I did not say I wanted a Christmas theme bouquet with ornaments. I am totally embarrassed and gutted that I spent $150 on something so hideous. Now I'm stuck with an obnoxiously huge Christmas arrangement and going empty handed to my in-laws. We had a consultation set up and they asked me for pictures of inspiration of what I wanted for my wedding. Upon arrival they had prepared a sample for my vision and it exceeded all expectations I had! On wedding day the staff came to set up and they were extremely organized and set up everything for us. They were amazing, from the order to the delivery. I did the order on the phone for a memorial service, and the person that assisted me was friendly and very professional. She knew the arrangement I wanted and quoted me a price, which matched the website. After the order, I immediately received my invoice. The day before the service, they sent me picture of the arrangement and asked if I would like anything changed. It was beautiful and did not need any adjustments. Felt like surprising my wife with some flowers at work. I've had many experiences with ordering flowers online, and most have been bad, due to lack of communication, poor arrangements, etc. However, Amore Dolce really shined on this occasion. Ordering online was easy, and the arrangement was at a reasonable price considering the included vase. They promptly texted me with a photo of the arrangement to be delivered, and provided updates of the delivery! My wife brought the arrangement home, all happy. Review is long overdue but NEEDED. I had a friend in need of sympathy flowers being delivered to a friend and his family going through a rough loss. I had ordered flowers through a big online flower business, but was let down sadly. After reading the positive reviews here on Amore Dolce's Yelp page, I gave the business a call and had my questions answered on the phone and was given assurance on everything I wanted, even on a Friday afternoon. Big pluses here for me was the shop being local, seeing they take online orders, variety of flowers, website organization, great customer service over the phone and SAME DAY DELIVERY (with enough time of course). This business even sent me a photo (attached) to show how the flowers turned out and even w/ my personalized note I requested before they headed out the door. Amore Dolce Flowers absolutely delivered w/ everything I requested and paid for. My friend and his family loved the flowers. Would absolutely order again from this shop and recommend. read more

This review is long overdue. Even though I live far I still come back to this place for flowers whether it be for birthdays or mother's day or any other occasion. They NEVER disappoint! I usually go in for pick up but I also just did a flower delivery for the first time. Ordered online and was super convenient. We carry only the best quality of roses from Ecuador that have the longest vase life and the most beautiful blooms. Each one of our arrangements is hand made by our team of expert florists with many years of floral arranging experience. We have a colorful variety of different flowers that can be hand selected by each customer and arranged into a beautiful bouquet by one of our designers. We also make ordering an arrangement by phone a simple and stress free process which the customer has an option to receive a picture of the flowers before it is sent out for delivery. Birthdays, anniversaries, new baby, sympathy-funerals, or any occasion we have you covered.

I had no choice but to cut around the damaged areas, which significantly reduced what I could use especially frustrating considering the cost. For reference, 50 hydrangeas (25 white, 25 blue) came out to $185, so I expected better quality control. Overall, the convenience and customer service were there, but the flower quality at least in my experience did not match the price. Oh and the hydrangeas started to wilt by the second day. *This was a last minute purchase as my online delivery order had a unforeseen delivery delay.

Instead of ordering from 1- 800 flowers or another company online I yelped local florist in Downey. I do not live in LA county. Sorted my search to best rated and this florist was listed at the top. Ordered online , upgraded my order to premium and double the size . The flowers came out way better than the picture. A beautiful arrangement. They even send a picture of the flowers once finished .
