He listens to my concerns, he's thorough in his assessment, takes the time to explain in layman's terms what is wrong, has a wonderful bedside manner, and has great medical instincts. In addition to this, his staff is personable, professional, and very helpful. They always make sure I see my dr in a timely manner , and that my medical concerns are addressed , even when it sometime requires a same day appointment.

When I called the office i was asked if I had been there before...I replied 'no', and was told that they weren't taking new patients. I'd had a rollover accident with a back injury and I had gotten to where I could not walk. 10 minutes before my appointment with Dr. Bell, and I received a phone call from a staff member or possibly a office nurse, who asked me what I was really coming in for and if I thought I was getting narcotics of any kind or pain medication that I Had better think again. And that if I wanted to go ahead and come in I could see the Nurse instead. Needless to say, I was in shock and refused their offer. I was Really hoping that Dr. Bell could see me and give me an x-ray to find out what was wrong. But apparently they go around accusing new customers of being Drug seeking addicts. This doctors office and their staff were beyond my sensibilities of understanding, and of how patients are treated! I would recommend them to no one.
