I have enjoyed the care, the staff and the treatment I have received. They are also a full allergy clinic so I changed my allergy care to here too. They also have a x-ray department so you don't have to go somewhere else. I have never experienced a negative vibe or rudeness from anyone. There are several doctors there which is normal for the size of the clinic. My first visit I got Dr. DeeDee and loved her and have asked if I could continue under her care and I have. She takes the time to fix the problem not just bandage the problem. As far as the cleanliness it's just fine the rooms share some ware and tare but it's because of high traffic. I would refer anyone to come here for your medical needs. They take a variety of insurances and are welcome. Make your appointment today to meet your medical needs.

After taking off work early and driving 45 minutes to the office based on the receptionist stating I was good to come in for a Semaglutide shot. She looked me up in the system (asking for my name and DOB) I told her it had been some time since I had take the shot because at some point the office ran out BEFORE I came there. When I got to the office I was told that I needed to make an appointment. I asked for clarity as to why. She stated because it had been a while. I asked what the new appointment was for exactly(because I am the one paying and have a right to know). The front desk receptionist couldn't tell me why. I thought maybe I needed new blood samples or something so I told her that I had samples taken recently and if she could let them know because they may not be aware. She came back with the same response and I asked to speak to the person she was speaking with because I wanted to know what would take place at the office visit. A lady came out angrily and stated that I needed a new prescription(start over) and sign new documents (something I could have been told over the phone). I was okay with that until she yelled that I was arguing with everyone in the office. I told her I was sorry if she thought I was arguing. I just wanted clarity. I also requested for her to ask Dr Robin to be sure that I needed to come back (mind you that I had taken off work and drove 45 minutes based on the receptionist's information). Dr. Robin gave a clear understanding and I scheduled an appointment. The way the office personnel responded was crude, unprofessional, inconsiderate, and accusing. I assume that maybe she thought I just came to the office on a whim without calling to verify that it was okay. My ask is that all information needed is verified before having customers waste time coming to the office only to be turned around in the most unprofessional manner. When I find a new doctor that offers the shots, I will no longer use their services. I like the doctors but that staff member put a bad taste in my mouth. I wouldn't trust her to do right ethically based on her unprofessional customer service. We a patients have a right to ask question and not to be called argumentative because we seek clarity. It's our money spending and our insurance that's paying their salary.

    For starters, I've been a patient of the practice for at least 20 years. I've probably been to 95%…read moreof the total providers in the practice. While a lot has changed over the last 20 years, I can honestly say that I can't think of another group that provides the total care model as does BMG - Family Physicians. I've never had difficulty with getting an appointment with a provider in the group. The locations are now more convenient than ever. The skinny - the front desk staff (regardless of location) has always been polite and efficient (shout out to Vernita at Bartlett). The medical triage team has always been calming and easy to talk to. In my experience, the providers are focused on truly listening to you and not just hearing you. Over the years, I've had some excellent providers and the current is no exception. Shout out to former providers: Barry Avant, Claire Ellender! Though they have each moved on, they left a legacy of excellent patient care. The current goat is Jason Stewart - it's like talking to an old friend. The entire team is amazing - Dr. Wong to Dr. J. Smith and Drs. Charles and Melanie Woodall - you can't go wrong with finding a provider to suit your needs.

    If I could put no stars as a rating, I absolutely would. This is probably the worst care facility…read morethat I've ever been a part of. My mychart messages were left unanswered for three weeks. And it took for me to go all the way up to the facility to question why my messages weren't being answered for them to simply say " sorry your doctor is only at this facility once a month". Why even assign a nurse practitioner as a PCP if she's not at the facility more than once a month? I was writing the facility to complain about chest pain that had been going on for a couple of months. I wanted to know what the next steps were in my treatment plan and nobody answered. They don't have a direct phone number to the facility and they encourage everybody to contact their physicians through mychart. They are also extremely unorganized at the front desk. ZERO OUT OF TEN! They don't care about their patients. Find somewhere else.
