It's expensive but if you're willing to splurge, highly recommend!

He's really helpful and breakfast, though typically Italian and not really to my taste, is very good. The place represents good value for money in an already expensive town. There are a few downsides though. First, it's difficult to get to with ski boots on. You have a long flight of stairs to contend with no matter which side you approach from. This would be fine if it were just boots you were wearing as the ski lift is very close, but if you're carrying skis it's a task you'll dread every evening! The ski lockers are excellent and very secure but also tricky to get to - yet more stairs! To mitigate this, they have a deal with the ski rental shop next to the ski lift. You'll get a 20% discount with them and they let you store the skis there overnight. If only we'd known this before booking our rental online at a place that's a bit of a walk away (but still on the way to the other lift in the village)! Overall, if you're coming to Cervinia despite my review of the overall ski resort, this place is really lovely and I'd recommend it!

Setting is dark and eclectic. Wine selection is solid. Mezze to start, with pita chips, hummus and eggplant as standouts. Kofte was interesting but the tabbouleh had a disconcerting consistency. The Korean fried chicken was too salty and sweet. The eggplant curry was a hit and happened to be a massive portion. Fries were pedestrian.

Then, headed to the outdoor onsen that overlooks the Matterhorn before heading to our massages. Mike was awesome and is a trained osteopath. He helped to work out all the kinks from a week of skiing. 10/10 recommend!
