I think anyone dr eaten by the giant Northwell suffers -- both drs and patients. The assistant said they'd call back but of course never did.

The entrance is right at the bus stop so do not drive into any of the parking lots! Stop right at the bus stop and you will see a path from the sidewalk to the side of the apartment building. There is a small sign by the sidewalk so it can be easy to miss.

The practice has been MORE than safe with COVID. They have you wait in the car until they are ready and have different hours for sick and non-sick patients as well as newborns. We have always felt safe each time we have arrived. The dr.'s rotate which we are perfectly fine with. Dr's. Abrons, Eskander, and Shearer are all extremely smart, confident and know what they are doing. We are fine with any of them and have no issues. Further more, I like how you can contact them 24/7 with issues and they don't make you feel silly when you are potentially asking something that might come off as "dumb". They all seem to operate under it's better to be safe than sorry! Lastly, I like that we have had some zoom calls during the pandemic. My little fella got conjunctivitis when he was only a few months old. Dr. Abron's was able to diagnose it via zoom and call in a prescription that was deliverable by our pharmacy. When I politely asked for the opportunity to speak, she hung up the phone on me.
