Delightful honey! It's sweet and flowery which is my favorite. So happy I stumbled upon this honey.

An Apiary is a place where bee hives are kept, and Maya's is one of those. They produce unfiltered honey which is sold throughout the state and the purpose of this review is to say that the honey is really good. I picked some up at the Saco River Market last weekend and it's good stuff and was less expensive that what some other vendors were selling. My goal is to get all of the white powders out of my life and this stuff is a great replacement for sugar. I have no idea if they have a retail operation at their office in Sidney and their web site didn't list the products that they sell, but I will definitely go back for more when the honey I bought runs out. Delicious honey and not a bee in sight. That's just the way I like it. Quick edit (3/03/14): I finished the pound of honey that I bought in about a month and have already bought a two pound jar to replace that smaller jar which clearly wasn't enough. read more
