I did all the legwork to have a successful claim. After I follow up with Fitts law firm, I was told by one of their attorney that it was unfortunate for me that my claim was never submit in the major settlement with Boston Scientific. The Fitts law firm has done nothing but fight against their client. It been hell to get them to do their job. It is still an ongoing battle to be compensated for my injuries that I suffer from and will the rest of my life. My advice to potential clients is to go out on your own with a private attorney with your injuries. Prior to my contacting Daniel, the insurance company had tried to reach out to me to settle everything quickly. However, since I didn't want to rush into settling with the insurance company, I waited and asked around to see if anyone could recommend a personal injury lawyer to me. Based on my brother in law's recommendation, I contacted Daniel Lee of C Y Lee Legal group to handle all the legal headaches that were sure to come with the insurance claim. I understood that the whole process could take up to a couple years prior before the insurance company would settle (maybe faster if I were willing to settle for less, which I wasn't).
