Great Community. My family and I have owned here for over a year. The community is very well…read moremaintained. Clean, bright and secure. They keep the community up very well. All the buildings have just been painted and much of the landscaping is redone. There is a walking path and gym my wife uses daily. Pool is routinely maintained. I see the service here frequently. The security at the gate makes sure that only those who should be in the community are. The neighborhood has plenty of street parking for day guests. I routinely interact with the office on a friendly basis and they have always been accommodating with my requests. Many people complain about the HOA fee but I have done the math and if you add up everything included is is pretty close to the prices for theses services individually. I would recommend living or buying here.

I've seen some of the reviews but I can't be that hard…read more I was in Florida for business of course and Mrs. E was with me. One property on the west coast and one on the east coast. We stayed here as a VRBO.one draw to the resort is a balcony. We love having coffee on the balcony in the morning and wine in the evening. The resort has Valet parking which I typically love but a little sloppy here. Back to the balcony. We were on a night floor which was advertised as the penthouse. Except there were two floors above us. Worst part was that the HVAC machines were on our side of the building which created constant noise. Big letdown. So in my business I can't help but look at things that are being neglected. Typically that's not a good sign. The pathway to the beach was not what the advertisement showed and much of the brick work was damaged and appeared neglected. They do have a restaurant on the property. We had breakfast there one morning. Not my fav. They have a store with beach wear but ridiculously expensive. Would we stay there again? I think I'll pass. You decide for yourself.
