Granted, you have to load the trailer but they will give you several days and you aren't paying daily rental fees unlike U-haul. I think we had four days to load the trailer. With that being said, it's a little more difficult to load these trailers because the deck height is about four feet. They do provide a ramp but it is quite heavy and it takes two people to put it up and store it. Keep in mind that this is actually an ABF freight trailer and if you don't take up the entire trailer with your furniture, they may put other freight in the trailer although you install bulkheads with your own locks that will separate your furniture from any of their freight. It was actually a pretty good move so I was definitely satisfied.

I had to pay in full before the insurance claim was put through, which should have been my first red flag. Their insurance denied the claims, so my furniture was taken to a third party. The furniture was repaired beautifully, but bringing the items back, one item was damaged again. Putting ithe drawers back into a chest, a track was broken. I requested a third party to come repair the track, as I no longer trust this company with any of my belongings. Johnny currently has not gotten back to be regarding ordering new tracks. When asked, Johnny was upset that I left a negative review, and the lack of professionalism is exhibited via text message shown. This was after my furniture was damaged for the second time, and the track of a drawer broken.
