So friendly, reliable, and trustworthy. They took good care of every piece of furniture, wrapped it up nicely, took apart what they needed to and out it back together. I would call them again in a second. A big snowstorm hit so we needed to reschedule my move and Kris easily rebooked me days later without hesitation. Kris was so professional and easy to work with and you can tell he genuinely cared. I was moving out of my family home in Clarks Summit to my house in Philadelphia and he gave me a very reasonable price. I cannot say enough good things about Michaels Movers! This was the BEST possible moving experience I could've asked for. Mack, Tyler, Matt and Brendan were just phenomenal human beings and extremely hard, conscientious workers. Moving can be traumatizing but the minute you start working with Kris and his crew at Michaels Moving, it becomes wonderful! Kris was so responsive in returning my call and getting an estimate set up for me quickly. He was very thorough and calming. The day of the move was very hectic for us until Kris and his incredible crew arrived and then it became a perfect move! Everyone worked so hard, quickly and yet always friendly and cheerful...even when carrying up a very heavy gun safe up a flight of stairs (wearing masks!). I called based on other reviews here and reached Kris directly....he came the next weekend for an estimate, which was reasonable and perfect for my budget. He and Norm and Jake came the following weekend and packed and loaded Saturday, delivered Sunday, and were extremely efficient, careful and pleasant. They really made my move as easy as possible. We moved from a storage unit to our house and they moved us in record time without incident. I recently relocated for work unfortunately it was short notice AND right after the snow storm . Not only did Michaels come through with a quick and reasonable quote , the guys were professional, courteous, delicate with my belongings, made sure i did a walk through so they had everything loaded. Once at the destination, the driveway , which is a hill , was iced over The guys felt safer to CARRY , BY HAND , my belongings rather than risk damage trying to get down the hill. The team of gentlemen who showed up to move us on August 20, 2019, Paul, Anthony and Tommy, arrived early, began working right away, never took a break, and has us packed and ready to go very quickly, As we are a small household with a local move, the entire job was completed within the four-hour minimum. Wow what a great Moving Experience with Kris, Norman and Jake. They were totally professional and knew what they were doing, They moved me from my 3 bedroom house to a townhouse with multiple stairs.They handled the job without incident and the communication during the process was impressive. Hire this company! They are beyond great...attentive, honest, hardworking, careful and professional. I hired them to move my elderly mother. I live in LA and wasn't able to get there for the move and they handled everything....packing, storage and keeping my mom at ease (that's a pretty intense task). Kris is so service oriented that he even paid for our storage unit when I missed a month because he didn't want us to have any issues with the unit or our belongings (I reimbursed him later). Michaels Moving & Storage moved my household items from a storage locker to a home 75 miles away in May of 2018. They showed up on time, loaded in an orderly fashion. Superb. They picked up in NJ and PA and delivered to an address extremely difficult to navigate with the truck. The delivery location was complex with many steps and small corridors / doorways.
