Granted, you have to load the trailer but they will give you several days and you aren't paying daily rental fees unlike U-haul. I think we had four days to load the trailer. With that being said, it's a little more difficult to load these trailers because the deck height is about four feet. They do provide a ramp but it is quite heavy and it takes two people to put it up and store it. Keep in mind that this is actually an ABF freight trailer and if you don't take up the entire trailer with your furniture, they may put other freight in the trailer although you install bulkheads with your own locks that will separate your furniture from any of their freight. It was actually a pretty good move so I was definitely satisfied.

I requested a third party to come repair the track, as I no longer trust this company with any of my belongings. Johnny currently has not gotten back to be regarding ordering new tracks. When asked, Johnny was upset that I left a negative review, and the lack of professionalism is exhibited via text message shown. This was after my furniture was damaged for the second time, and the track of a drawer broken. The 3 man crew who completed our move were cordial, and were very careful and respectful of the furniture and properties. Their team leader was experienced and imparted some helpful advice on how to fix the legs of my old upright piano that had been damaged in a previous move. Loading time was nearly 10 hours, but it wasn't for lack of effort on the movers' part. Unloading took 11 hours. We had two casualties during the move. One was a china cabinet, which suffered shattered glass during the trip. The foreman who was unloading us said it was badly packed. That's what prevents this from being a five-star review. A cheap bookcase was also damaged beyond repair, but that was no big deal. Price was surprisingly affordable. In fact, O'Brien's/Allied's bid was less than half of Gentle Giant's.
