I completely understand that there can be more urgent cases that warrant being treated first but it got to the point that no patient sitting in the waiting area was being called back. We were told that the ER beds were full and the nursing staff upstairs was understaffed so they had nowhere for the ER patients to go if they needed to be admitted. I understand this could happen anywhere but I'd think it would be good business for someone to come out and tell the patients that have been sitting there for hours sick and in pain that they might need to go elsewhere

DO NOT GO HERE. I scheduled an appointment specifically for an osteopathic adjustment and confirmed…read morewith the receptionist that the DO performed this treatment. She placed me on hold, checked with the doctor, and confirmed they did. I paid out of pocket before the visit. When I arrived, the DO told me not only did she not do adjustments, but that they "grossed her out." I was then referred to another DO who attempted the adjustment on an ER bed -- with no proper table -- and repeatedly struck me in the face with his stethoscope during the attempt. It was ineffective, unprofessional, and uncomfortable. He became angry and complained to me about his job. I was charged for both visits and am now being pursued for a second charge I do not owe. I've formally disputed the charge and will be reporting them to state authorities. Be warned.

I really thought this doctor would help me not just leave me hanging. Then I find out she is not even there anymore. I can't even begin to tell you what I was feeling, so short and to the point I would not take my dog to any of these doctors. All there worried about is the numbers not the person or the care that they took an oath to live by. THE WORST! Went in few days ago (Thursday night) right…read morebefore closing. The receptionist was nice and I was brought back immediately, but the nurse/M.A. was completely rude and rushing me because they "closed in 35 minutes". I was told to provide a urine sample and the doctor that came in gave me information based off what they saw on the microscope, but said they would send off the results and call me once further testing was complete. I called back yesterday (Monday) for an update. The nurse they passed the phone to seemed like the same one there that night. She still had short quick responses and told me the sample was never sent off and that the Dr. was not in that day, but that she would send a note to her to see what other course of action could be done. I called back today (Tuesday) for an update and to see if Dr. was available. The nurse this time was nice, but informed again the sample was not sent to the lab and cancelled in the system. When I asked why was it not sent, she said the it could've been an issue of not enough which I already had previously told them I could come back to provide more. The nurse then said "Well you weren't charged for the lab", but heck all yall did was check my weight and give me a bottle of water to provide a urine sample that you did NOTHING with! A PURE WASTE OF $135 FOR NO SERVICE!
