Follow up. I had a nerve conduction study done for ALS and waited over a month to hear the results. I contacted the doctor time after time to find out if my life was getting ready to change forever or if my life was going to continue but I heard nothing. Can you imagine what was going thru my mind. I really thought this doctor would help me not just leave me hanging. Then I find out she is not even there anymore. I can't even begin to tell you what I was feeling, so short and to the point I would not take my dog to any of these doctors. All there worried about is the numbers not the person or the care that they took an oath to live by. I never received one call or one letter saying she had left, so you all decide would you want to go there? read more

It's a little thing but there was no TP in the bathroom. No big deal, but when I told the ladies up front they said "we haven't had any for a week". This type of fatalism on the part of the staff no doubt filters into their medical care and is extremely harmful. You think I haven't bought TP to help my business through supply chain issues? In December, after two fainting episodes and one bad fall, my doctor ordered an immediate CT scan but said I should see a neurologist. Not long after that visit, Noydeen Medical Group called and said I had an appointment for January 7, 2025 at 10:15. We arrived early only to wait 3 hours. There had been some kind of emergency but the full waiting room was not notified how long a wait. When I finally got in to see Dr. Mehaffey she was very flustered and went on to vent about her car not starting because of the cold and a office worker had to drive all the way to North Little Rock to pick her up. Somehow the subject went to dogs next then her concern about having to have her husband come pick her up after work. I felt bad for her until she just said out of the blue I might have a heart problem, tumor or the nerve casing in my neck might be infringing on the nerves and said she would order MRIs then the meeting was over...no examination of me. I waited nine days for Baptist in Conway to call me and schedule those MRIs. Concerned about the possible diagnosis Dr. Mehaffey had thrown out there I called Noydeen to ask about the MRIs. The woman I spoke with was nasty as could be...like it was my fault no one had called me as they HAD sent the requests over to Baptist Conway. I said I would call Baptist, totally shocked at her reaction. After 40 minutes with various Baptist Radiology personnel it was determine there was nothing from Noydeen. The net day I called my doctor's nurse and explained what I had run into. She called Noydeen and had the same experience I did. I called Noydeen once again and got a new woman, both of them were older women. She flew off the handle at me for daring to say Baptist had no record of anything from their office. I hung up. It wasn't 20 minutes when Baptist called and said they had received the request from Noydeen a few minutes earlier and were ready to schedule me. Dr. Mehaffey had requested I have the MRIs put on a CD for her. I did and we went directly to her office after the MRIs had been done. I had written a note to the doctor regarding my reluctance to call her front office after my awful experience and enclosed it in an envelope along with the CD marked personal to Dr. Mehaffey. That was February 6, 2025. The only correspondence I have had from The Noydeen group was a bill for $197 that my insurance had not paid. I never have received the results of my MRIs nor a call for a follow up a appointment from either the doctor or the Noydeen office. I am 76 and have had many visits to doctors and doctor offices over the years. Never have I been to one that was so unprofessional, shockingly so or a doctor that treated me like I was an after thought. read more

I truly love Dr. Mohamed. I'm only 28 and living with an autoimmune disease and I've seen multiple doctors and she's the only one who has truly made me feel "heard". She took the time to address all and any issues and is working hard to help me get the right treatments. Highly Recommend!! read more

Their office manager Shae is rude and will not forward your message to anyone if she feels it's not important. The doctors and APRNs do not communicate with each other causing the patient repeated trips which cost more money. read more

Dr. Mohamed helped give me my life back. She was able to diagnose me with fibromyalgia and psoriatic arthritis when another rheumatologist said that there was nothing they could do for me. She was able to start me on a medication regimen that helped reduce my fatigue and pain. Her nurse practitioner, Kayla, is great as well. read more

Apt at 8:45. Didn't see Dr till 11:00. Some people have to work and need apt so they don't miss that much work.

The office staff is unorganized and do not communicate well. I have gotten different answers to the same question from different people and their answers are not consistent with the doctors. I have better communication with the doctors, but the nurses I have encountered are arrogant and are not patient centered. I have been to many clinics and doctors offices across many states, and this has been one of the most disorganized and rude offices that I have ever encountered. I tried several times to politely suggest that they might have made error in records or in communications with other doctors or with pharmacies and without even trying to check things out, they told me I was wrong, responsible, or sent me a wild goose chase to fix a problem that they could have easily helped without. Last week I spoke to Dr. Ali about some issues and he told me what I (not he) should do about problems community coating with a pharmacy. I fixed the problem, but then Three days later was told that we was on vacation until January 3rd and they would not honor what he had told me. This is not the way to run patient centered clinic and I would not recommend relying on the staff for anything important concerning my health. Today I was there and once again I was told another different story and I lost my temper in response to their rudeness. They did not even ask what The doctor had told me and their fax machines were "down" so I could not even get the required paperwork to them. Since the doctor would be gone for weeks, the nurse practitioner was useless. I don't know why these problems persist, but they have gone on long enough that I am going to find a different clinic/doctor to go to and would not recommend this clinic to anyone. This Dr. office has been the worst experience I've ever had and I will never go back. I went in twice. Waited two hours both times. Paid my co pay immediately to only get billed again after both visits. I had blood work done in August and never got results until my next visit in late November. I had X-rays performed at Baptist and same thing no results until November. I had to repeatedly call to discuss their billing me after payment to finally get someone to tell me that In August I had to pay 50 copay for the visit and also 50 copay for the blood work. I have now wasted approximately 20 hours of my life from waiting on the Dr. and blood work to be performed to speaking to multiple people to find out why I keep getting billed for something I already paid and over $600 out of pocket to tell me they can give me medicine I was already getting from my current MD and the copay is only $25 dollars and nothing additional for bloodwork. I had an appointment scheduled with one of the doctors at this office, and I had to leave prior to seeing anyone due to the sheer incompetence and rudeness of the front desk on an insurance deductible issue. In fact, the woman would not even bother to call my insurance company to verify that my deductible had been met and then attempted to charge more than my required deductible. She then refused to continue speaking to me. What a joke. read more

Looking for a new PCP and was hopeful that this would be a good experience! Every single person, except the woman who took my blood, was super rude! The front desk girls were outrageously rude! The doctor (Dr.Ali) who I had never met before, tells me within 30 seconds of walking in the door "why do I feel like you have PCOS? I mean you're not obese but you kind of look like you have a beard." Legit went for an annual check up, I've seen my trusted gyn for years, don't have a SINGLE symptom related to PCOS but he harped on it the entire 10 minutes he was in the room and did not address the actual questions I had! Would avoid at all costs, left feeling like crap about myself and didn't learn anything about the questions I have. He legit felt of my face and said "well it doesn't feel rough or hairy hm." I'm so taken aback by the unprofessional nature and his bedside manner. read more

Noydeen Medical Group advertised looking for new patients and came highly recommended from 2 close family members, so I decided to give them a try and see Dr. Ali as my new PCP. I called over the phone and set up my appointment and verified that they took my insurance and all seemed well and good. When I showed up for my appointment the lovely lady at the front desk took my insurance card and id, then gave me a packet to fill out for medical history and the usual. Only upon returning it was I informed that the total for today's routine office visit would be $180.00. I have insurance, and Dr. Ali is in my network. Apparently, IT IS THE POLICY OF THE CLINIC TO CHARGE TOWARDS THE DEDUCTIBLE rather than towards the copay. The whole point of having health insurance is to be able to use the copay in lieu of full charges towards a deductible. Noydeen wants to charge me $180.00 and says it's applied to the deductible. But that's not how insurance works. The Insurance decides whether to apply charges to your deductible or the copay (not the clinic) they recognize it as an office visit which for me is a $30 copay and pulls the $30 and returns the remainder to the clinic. Let's do some quick math: $180 - $30 = $150 remains with Noydeen Group until it is refunded, or the patient's account is credited? This practice is either inefficient or downright unethical. Either they take too many steps and it front loads the transaction onto the patient -or- the patient is not fully refunded and Noydeen Group banks the unused funds as a patient "credit." Which let's face it that's why I pay $450/month for insurance. They almost won a new patient today but unfortunately, I never actually saw Dr. Ali because I pay for insurance that I would like to use, and I cannot use it here. read more

I was referred to Dr. Mohamed by another physician, and called the first week of May to make an appointment. I was given the "first available", which was in August. I was never told that I would be seeing the APRN, until the APRN walked into my room. I ended up having lab work done and scheduled to come back for results. Again, I was given the "first available", which was 5 weeks later. This is a long time to wait to get lab results. My follow up appointment was scheduled for 8am. I was taken to a room at 8:15, and sat in the room until Dr. Mohamed came in at 9:10. Time spent face to face with her was less than 10 minutes, and I was gone by 9:20. When I went onto the portal to read my visit notes, she charted that time spent on the appointment was "beyond 50 minutes". This is simply not true. My only guess as to why this is charted is so that she may bill out a level IV or level V visit to get more money from my insurance company. My appt was to discuss lab results, and she questioned me like I had never been seen there before, and she would have known the answers if she had reviewed my last visit note. She used a diagnosis code of Shortness of Breath. I have not ever had this complaint, and this was never mentioned during my appointment. I was previously seen by the nurse practitioner, Kayla, and there are several inconsistencies in the note from that visit, as well. Needless to say, I am very upset about this and sad that patients are being taken advantage of like this. read more

I love Noydeen Medical. Quita is an excellent nurse. She remembered me by name after the first visit. She listened to all my concerns to inform the doctor. She is very friendly and shows empathy. She even brought me water when I needed it. Love her!! It's great when the nurse makes you feel cared for so you know you will get the help you need. read more

Hi. Thank you for trusting us. We do acknowledge that we have a waiting time problem in the office however we are implementing newer methods into reducing wait time to bare minimum but unfortunately there is not much room for compromising here between being attentive to the patient and being so efficient and blunt into rushing the patient out. The doctors are engaged with the patients the whole time of the clinic as this is family business there is no down time at all with a high overhead. We enjoy listening to the patient and addressing every detail and certainly that affects the timeliness if there there is an extra 5 minutes after 10 patients that is an hour delay and sometimes patients have needs that goes beyond the 20 minutes slot. We don't overbook usually as well except for emergencies. We should certainly work on better entertainment during that dead time and address the staff efficiency but again, under no circumstances we will turn into an urgent care type of how to address the one problem and get the patient out fast. We hope that you stay with us and give us a chance and more feedback in the future. Sorry we had to put this response in a review but there was no other way to respond. read more

**Update 8/14: Was contacted due to marked as Not Recommended on Facebook. Was given multiple "reasons" as to why no call. Set up follow up appointment, will see how that goes Came in for blood work 8/5, no one could tell me how long until blood work was back. Was told a guess of some 1-2 days some 1week. Called 8/7 just to see if it did, it didn't I understood and was told to call Friday. Called Friday, whoever at front desk would pick up and not say anything and hang up. Called for 3rd time selected another option spoke with someone who said "should have been back by now, I will talk to the lab girl and call you back" two hours later no call, I called back and everyone already left for the day. Was told to call back Monday they would leave note for nurse to call me. Lunch rolls around on 8/12 still no call, so I call. Was told only some blood work was back, she sees note for nurse to call me will add another note and I should get call back. Day comes and goes never get call back, 8/13 comes and goes no call back. I'm sorry that my potential Lupus blood work apparently inconveniences your clinics and does not seem important to you, but I would like for this to be handled appropriately because it's important to me. read more

i have been to this clinic 3 times. two times my wait was over an hour. Today i was taken back to the room where i waited over an hour to see the nurse practitioner. there is no tv or magazines in there. An hour is way too long to sit and wait. there were no apologies or explanations for the long wait. the staff and Dr.s are very friendly and knowledgable but i would not recommend this clinic. read more
