Unfortunately, my most recent experience was extremely disappointing. I brought in a cotton shirt that I have had cleaned there several times before without any issue. The care label clearly indicates that it should be washed, not dry cleaned, and that bleach should never be used. When the shirt was returned to me this time, the collar and underarm areas had noticeable yellow staining that was not there before. It appears the garment was treated with chlorine bleach or another improper process, which can react badly with cotton and perspiration-related residue and permanently set discoloration. I brought the shirt back, and they sent it out again. A week later it was returned in the same condition. At that point, I purchased the exact same replacement shirt and provided proof of the $77 cost. I was not asking for cash back. I simply requested a store credit toward future cleaning. That request was refused. What made this even more frustrating was learning that none of the cleaning is actually done on site. The garments are sent to an outside facility. When I spoke with the owner, instead of trying to make things right, he pointed me to the fine print on the back of the receipt stating they are not responsible. That response was very disappointing. A business should stand behind its service, especially when a loyal customer has trusted them for years. Mistakes can happen in any business. What matters is how they are handled. In this case, there was no real accountability, no reasonable effort to preserve goodwill, and no willingness to offer even a store credit for a damaged garment. Based on this experience, I would urge others to be cautious, especially with items that require proper laundering instructions to be followed carefully. If something goes wrong, do not assume this business will take responsibility.

The people taking it were very friendly and understanding of my desire not to have to flee the country because my mom's blanket got ruined. They did an AMAZING job- no dry cleaning smell at all!!! The blanket looked (and smelled) amazing! The price was even more amazing, and they folded it up and gave me a nice little carrier so it wasn't all over the place. Also, I was clearly told there would be no fittings for my wedding dress -- so it's confusing to now see claims about multiple fittings being standard. That was not what I was offered. For comparison, I went to a larger, cleaner, more established alterations studio and was quoted $900 WITH fittings included for similar work. Meanwhile, I was quoted $1,600 here WITHOUT fittings. That price difference speaks for itself. I'm sharing this so other brides understand exactly what they may be quoted versus what's actually included because transparency matters, especially this close to a wedding.

They routinely do a wonderful job with all of our dry cleaning needs. Service is always quick and professional. I also have to mention, they have a great sewing service here as well. My daughter wanted to add some rock band patches to her jean jacket and they took care of it with great skill and without any issues. One downside, parking can be wonky at times. Sometimes people double park right out front and block the road and/or the spots on the side get tied up by the school out back or random trucks. It's a bit annoying. This shop…read morenot only completed the repair, but they went beyond the basic repair, matched up the metal rings to make the bag look more polished than it was when I first bought it, and sewed unobtrusive black leather patches over the canvas around the rings to make sure that the rings wouldn't tear through the canvas again. Some women have collections of purses in different sizes and colors that they accessorize daily. I don't. I seek out and acquire one sturdy but lightweight black fabric purse (with multiple pockets and compartments that can keep me organized) that I use all the time except for very dressy occasions, and generally, I use that bag for years until it's no longer usable. I set up the bag so that each pocket or compartment holds very specific items, and I become very accustomed to how it's set up. I hate having to change bags. This shop understood exactly what I needed, and went above and beyond. The next time I need that kind of repair, or any alterations, I'm coming back to this shop. The repair wasn't cheap, but it was worth every penny. They do excellent work.
