This is a very cool, very popular craft beer bar that we loved during our short stay in Granada. We…read morecame in right at opening time for lunch because we were ready to drink and couldn't wait any longer haha, and the place was deserted. The bartender very nicely explained that we could come in and drink, but that the cook hadn't arrived yet and we would have to wait for our free tapas. That was fine with us. We picked a booth and enjoyed some really wonderful craft beers from Germany with the help of their very informative menu. As soon as the cook arrived, the bartender let us know, which was very nice of him, and soon he set two plates of Spanish tortilla in front of us. The tortilla was delicious and the portion generous. I'm sure the rest of their food is great as well, but we had lunch plans elsewhere. We unfortunately never got to make it back to Colagallo again due to time limitations, but it would be first on our list of places in Granada to drink next time. Friendly people, great beer, great food. Seems like they're doing everything right!
