I cannot recommend Mayra enough. She is extremely knowledgeable. Before signing our home modification paperwork she asked me to check the loan documents to make sure our names were spelled correctly and appeared as they did on our Identification Card. Sure enough my husband's name was misspelled. She said she could still notarize the documents but would have to have 2 credible witnesses. However, she stated the lender might not accept it,and she recommended I contact the lender before any papers were signed. I called my lender and explained what Mayra had stated. They said great catch by the notary, it would have definitely caused problems. The lender sent out new corrected documents and Mayra was able to notarize them the same afternoon. Her pricing is fair especially because she is thorough and knowledgeable in her job. Hiring her saved me money, without her I would have had to pay twice! read more

I was in need of a notary on an emergency situation as I needed to meet a deadline. My father passed away in El Salvador and we needed to find a notary ASAP in order to have my father deceased remains flown back to U.S. I looked for Notary early in the morning but all Notary were closed and by luck I found Mayra.
