I did some research on this site before meeting with Mayra: http://gsn.notary.net/notary.cfm. It states that "Notaries in California make $10 per signature. Mobile notaries can charge travel fees on top of the $10 fee." Just be aware of this, people! Overall, I really appreciated Mayra's quick response, professionalism, and sincerity. I texted her my address at 10:13 and she then replies at 10:19 to state she can't come at 10:30 that it'll take her 30 minutes to get here and would be able to accommodate 11:30, yet her help states she's in Downey ? I requested a quote from Mayra last night, almost 10PM. She responded fairly quickly. She met me at a public place less than 20 minutes away from my home, quick service for $40, additional $3 service fee for card usage. I just found it unprofessional that she told me to hurry up upon arrival. I understand we are all busy, but in the end you are delivering service to a paying consumer and can use different wording and tone of voice when speaking. I know she noticed my different tone when she met me in person, this was due to her rushing and saying to hurry up.
