(Busy women). They were very accommodating finding a time that worked best for me as well as them. They arrived promptly at an agreed upon time, , took a look around and got right to work. Going in different directions and within 2 1/2 hours my house was presentable again. I was very pleased with Jodys attention to detail and Vanessa's diligence. I must have called 5-6 companies through Yelp that either gave me the run around, gave me ridiculously high prices, or were not available. In fairness, I acknowledge I did not realize that move-out cleanings are like securing a moving company. You need to book in advance! Well, I did not know and was desperate in finding some help because my deadline of turning in my apartment keys was within three days. I called Clean It Up SIs and left a message. Within 30 minutes, Jody called me back. She asked questions about the size of the apartment and what I needed done. In addition, she was open to jumping on a video call so I could show her the apartment, its layout and size. Based on visually information, she was able to give me a fair estimate. After agreeing on everything, I received a text securing my appointment with the company. The day of service, she communicated with me on her estimate time of arrival. The appliances were cleaned, cabinets cleaned, kitchen counters, bathroom was cleaned, and wall-to-wall carpet was vacuumed. I am so grateful for Jody and finding Clean It Up Sis.
