Our son has been under Anna's loving care for almost a year since turning 3. He has been thriving in a somewhat bilingual environment. Since we speak Russian at home, it helps greatly that most of the children speak English at home, so he is learning English, as well as having an opportunity to be understood when he can't communicate in full English. He absolutely loves the creative daily art projects, the song and dance times and all the unconditional love. Anna and her two employees genuinely love children, and we feel very safe leaving our son under their care. A bonus for us has been that he gets sick a lot less compared to a huge preschool he went to before, as well as getting more individualized attention. Anna's child care was the best decision I made for my son. He started when he was one year old and stayed until he was 3 1/2. He has learned so much at Anna's: ABCs, counting, days of the week, seasons, colors and so much more. He's learned how to be kind, share with others and play with others. We love Anna and her team and are so glad our friend recommended her to us! My son has been going there since he was 18 months old, and is now almost 2.5 years old. I feel very comfortable knowing he is there, she always messages me if something is off with him ( like hes not eating much, maybe getting a cold etc) and I feel good knowing she always keeps me updated! They are so nice/caring/genuine there, and many times my son doesn't want to leave, I will come to pick him up and he will be dancing and singing to the music they have playing. We loved Mayrik Daycare and Anna. My daughter was 10 month old when she started and we were only there for four months because we moved out of state. Anna is truly amazing! My daughter has been going to Anna's child care for about a year and a half so far and she is thriving! She learned her ABCs at 16 months old, the days of the week and months (in order!) by 2 years old, and counting to high numbers now at 2.5. I am thoroughly impressed! I was a former toddler/preschool teacher so I was a bit picky when looking for child care. I wanted to find someone who was patient, caring, and showed my child love and attention. The second I toured Anna's, I knew this was the perfect fit. My daughter had formed an immediate bond with her from our first visit. They do countless, creative art/science projects, learning activities, and have a wide selection of toys for all children to play with. They do circle time, outside time, and projects. They also have a music teacher come once a week. My daughter comes home singing on the regular. Anna and her team provide lunches, snacks, and bedding for naps- which makes it so easy for us as full-time working parents. We receive photos of the children participating in activities regularly which is so nice to see. I can't say enough positive things. We've been sending our daughter to Mayrik for five months and have been very happy with Anna and her staff. It was our daughter's first daycare experience at slightly under 2 years old and we were very nervous. Anna shared pictures and texts with us often during the first few weeks while both parents and daughter adapted to her new schedule and setting. Once our daughter settled in she now LOVES going to daycare and enjoys all the activities and structure it offers. We've seen our daughter developing faster as a result. WE LOVE ANYA!! We have taken both of our children here over the past 5 years and had a wonderful experience throughout. No issues, no drama. Anya runs a great home daycare and our children have loved going there. They've gotten fed well, they've gotten help and support with their potty training, they've made lots of art, they've done yoga and music, they've made many friends and frankly they've gotten a lot of love. They've even learned a tiny bit of Russian :) Anya has been super reliable and involved. You can tell she cares a lot about her kids and their well being. Both kids have raved about Anya's soups :) She notices the smallest things about their mood and well being and passes along the info. She's patient and her help staff are just as excellent. Most days when I drop off my kid he strolls right in, forgetting to even say goodbye to me in his eagerness to greet Anya and see his friends. We have been a Mayrick Child Care for a little over two years now. Both of our kids started there when they were very young and have grown tremendously under the loving care of Ms. Anna and her wonderful helpers. She has clear communication, fun and engaging activities, and creates a community where all little ones can thrive. It's a terrible daycare for kids under two. They do not honor kid's schedule and force little ones to align with everyone else's schedule. There was always a communication gap with the owner and our interactions became unpleasant towards the end. read more

We went to Anna's for 6 years and 2 kids. We only stopped because my children had to start kindergarten. Ananda is THE BEST. She was recommended by a girlfriend and it was the best decision we made. Anna was so loving watching our baby Levi. She made everything so easy! She prepared bottles and formula and washed everything daily! When Levi was old enough to eat real food she prepared nutritious meals daily for him and all the other children to eat. As a working parent this was a godsend and made things so easy! She was very loving and caring with all the children she cares for. Anna always has a lot of activities planned and toys to play with for the children she cares for. She and her helpers are all very hands on and interactive with the kids. Anna has a real passion for teaching the children new things and loves to see them grow. We've known Anna for many years. She was our middle son's pre-school teacher 10 years ago and we loved her! When we had another little one 4 years ago, we knew right away that Anna's day care would be the perfect place for him. Anna is a warm, kind and caring person and she chooses her staff carefully. In the morning, she welcomes the kids with a smile and a hug and at pick up time, she gives us a briefing how the day went. The kids were always fed and clean. Our son had a special diet and Anna made sure he never felt left out which we really appreciate. Our son was always eager to go to day care (he even demanded to go there on the weekends!). He loved playing with his friends, learning new things, making projects, singing songs in different languages, dancing, doing yoga, celebrating birthdays and holidays. We have had THE BEST experience in this daycare. Anna and her staff are attentive, loving, caring, and take such great care of the kids. Our daughter is always well fed (with daily organic homemade food), clean, and has learned so much including ABCs, songs, dances, months, week days, and holidays. They have several activities including art, music, yoga, and she comes home with many many projects. The daycare is very very clean and well kept with a great backyard for play. We have tried several different daycares in the past due to moving frequently, and this by far has been the best and we could not have been happier. I really like this place! Anna is a great and caring teacher, who finds a special method for each child. She has great curriculum and a lot of activities. If I could give Anna a thousand stars, I would! How fortunate was I to find such a caring and qualified professional childcare giver. Anna's education in child psychology and background as a preschool teacher definitely shows. She has an amazing structured "curriculum" for a home based daycare! There is a hot breakfast of oatmeal in the morning, then craft/project time, snack time, then much needed outdoor play (even a large covered outdoor area and mini "gymnasium" in a converted garage for rainy days!), then a hot organic lunch, then nap time, etc. Depending on the day of the week, there is music class, where Anna brings in a professional musician to teach the class, and yoga class too. My then 2 year old daughter learned how to say "Namaste!" and do downward dog! For birthdays, and holidays, Anna goes all out with decorations and treats each child as if they were her own. I don't even have to worry about sunscreen as all children are protected before they go out! In short, I like to joke that Anna takes care of my daughter better than I would myself! It is such a blessing to drop off your child and not have to worry at all, knowing that she is very well taken care of. I appreciate Anna's great communication, through texts and pictures too! Thankfully she is very affordable too! She deserves to be paid triple what we give her! read more

I highly recommend Anna's day care. It's a home day care with the most loving, awsome caretakers. My daughter went there sins she was 1.5 y.o. The inside playroom is very stimulating and safe for the kids and the nap room is peaceful. Backyard is full of play structures and toys. Also, large and very cozy patio, covered with the roof, so all days, sunny and rainy, there are options for the kids. It is clear that Anna loves and cares for the children that attend her childcare. They have structure and do fun activities such as music and dancing, stories, arts and crafts, outside play, yoga and more! There are additional learning activities for children over 2 years old. Our son has learned to socialize and has made a lot of friends of different ages. One thing we really love is that the group of children is diverse and from many different cultures. We have been so happy with our boys at Anna's. Anna is very caring and sweet, she is affectionate with the kids and really makes an effort to connect with them and learn their personalities. She has a lot of experience with children and is very educated on early childhood development. I really appreciate how Anna keeps in communication with my husband and me. If one of the boys has a rough time at drop off she will send a picture of them happily playing a little while later which really helps us feel at ease. She is also very helpful in dealing with difficult toddler behaviors, my 2 y/o was having some behavioral issues and she researched ways we could help him and different things we could try to do to help him. She is very into positive reinforcement and praise and is so patient. Anna's assistants are equally as great and are so loving towards the kids. My kids even ask to go to Anna's on the weekends because they miss her. Anna's house is very clean and tidy, the kids learn to clean up after themselves and are rewarded for doing so. She has a lot of different enriching toys and activities for the kids to do. She does preschool activities for the toddlers (alphabet, counting, colors, seasons), she does a lot of age appropriate arts and crafts too. They learn about and celebrate different holidays. The boys are always coming home singing songs they've learned there. There is a music teacher that comes weekly and they even do yoga. Anna has a large backyard with ride on toys/bikes and play structures. She also has converted her garage into a play gym and the kids love it. Anna prides herself on cooking healthy and mostly organic food for the kids daily. Anna has scheduled time for diaper changes and also as needed, she has a room with a changing table that is always very clean, she also works with potty training the kids too. We have been extremely happy with Mayrik Daycare. I know my boys are well taken care of there and they love Anna and her assistants. Mayrik Child Care is an excellent day care center, having toured several other programs, I can confidently say that Ms. Anna's program stands out from the bunch. Ms. Anna has years of experience in working with children, an educational background in early childhood development. She has created a comprehensive daycare/preschool program that incorporates a nice balance of educational learning activities (circle time), art time (painting, drawing, collaging), physical activity (tumbling, yoga, outdoor play), music (professional instructor brought in weekly, along with daily singing) and healthy nutrition (provides hearty, healthful meals). Ms. Anna and her staff are all very patient and loving with the children in their care. The center is very clean, tidy and well equipped with an abundance of activities. The outdoor space is incredible, the entire backyard is dedicated to the children, there are several play structures, riding toys, push toys and other fun outdoor activities. Other daycares in the area can be very expensive, making it challenging for parents to afford quality care, yet Ms. Anna is offers a very reasonable rate, which includes all meals for the day. We have been very happy at Anna's day care and couldn't recommend a better place for your little ones. Our daughter has been going there since she was one and loves it (she is now 3.5). Anna is a wonderful and caring teacher, she has a great preschool program for toddlers as well as provides a lot of time for free play inside and outside. She converted her garage into a gym, so kids get to run around even when its cold and rainy outside. She has a great backyard with lots of toys and a covered patio, so kids get to spend lots of time outdoors as well. She takes care of our kid as if her own and in some ways is better, such as getting her to eat soup and yogurt, which we are still struggling with at home. I feel so fortunate that we discovered this little gem in Concord! We sent my son to Mayrik for ~3 years. My daughter also attended until she was ready for Junior Kindergarten. Anna and her helpers provide such a warm and loving environment with delicious and nutritious food. My daughter, who has not attended Mayrik for 2 years STILL talks about Anna's soup! :) The staff and many of the children (my children not included) can speak Russian. My son learned THE CUTEST mother's day song (thanks Ms. Christina/music teacher) that I will always treasure... lucky for me I got it on video. It really is a blessing to find a place where you have total confidence in the people caring for your child. My son really loved the yoga. I loved the nap time, he always was in a better mood on Mayrik days, since his own mama can't seem to get him to take a nap! On their last day both of my kids were given a little photo album of memories from Mayrik!
