I am so frustrated by the interaction I just had with this business today. I go there every year to purchase Christmas ornaments and I typically love supporting small businesses. I don't mind paying a little bit more and most of the time the are no exchanges policy doesn't bother me (though it stops me from purchasing things especially gifts I'm unsure of) However, today I purchased ornaments and the sign below the tree where the Wooden Christmas ornaments were $10.99 each. When my ornaments were rung up, I already had my card out and did tap to pay and immediately realized she said it was 70 something dollars for two ornaments. I questioned it of course I looked at the sign and realized the higher price was written very tiny in the corner. There was no price tag on the ornaments I purchased. I immediately said oh wait I don't want these anymore (Literally three seconds after she rang me up.) I was then told that I could not cancel that transaction that hadn't even been completed yet and I could exchange it for store credit. While I take ownership for not seeing the difference between the ornaments and the prices. It has solidified my belief that it's a hell of a lot easier to shop somewhere other than small businesses with zero flexibility on tractions like this. read more

OH MY GOSH WHERE DO I BEGIN!!!!!!!! Staff makes such a difference with small shops/anywhere and this boutique was absolutely so far and beyond anywhere we have ever gone. Every single staff member was so thoughtful and kind and played with my daughter. A lot of places I have been too make me feel stressed when having her with me but this shop made shopping a breeze for the first time for me in four years. HIGHLY recommend!! She has personally walked through with me and help me find exactly what I need. They have a great selection of home decor, personalized goodies, clothes and accessories (including Kendra Scotts). I used to love this store but owner left and passed down to a younger family member and now clothes are too young. Crop tops. Short skirts and dresses. Etc. wish they catered to oldish crowd not kids. Too bad. It was a great shop with unique items before. read more

Five stars because I see the appeal and it's very well stocked, has very friendly employees, and is in a great location. I won't be back though. Not for lack of good ambiance, friendly staff, or variety of merch - just wasn't anything there I couldn't live without. Admittingly I was looking for more antique-y and kitsch than boutique and clothing, so of course it wasn't going to meet my expectations. A lot of stuff, just wasn't what I was looking for. My latest shopping experience here was great! I was buying some Kendra Scott as a gift and the girl working at the front was very polite and helpful. She greeted me and everyone else that walked in the store. When I asked to buy a piece of the Kendra Scott jewelry, she let me choose from the entire stock to find the coloration I liked best. She also held all the items up front for me, so I could continue looking around. The woman in the the gift bag/wine glass area, was also very courteous. I like the way they have their product displayed, it's not cluttered and you can easily see the different merchandise available. The women who checked me out at the front was also great. This store has a lot of charm and the women working June 16 were all great! I'll be back and highly recommend them to others. Plus the products they sell are really cute and priced fairly. My first visit to this little boutique and I was so excited about this discovery! It's a cute enough store and I would have spent more time (and money) here if it weren't for one surly sales associate. I want to point out that the sales associate that specifically helped me, a more mature lady, was very friendly and helpful but the second associate was not. I don't know if she was the owner/manager but she made me feel very unwelcome in the store and her demeanor was very unpleasant. I'm sad to say that because of how she made me feel I doubt I will be returning here even though the store seems to have quite a nice selection of merchandise. read more

I've been to this store a handful of times. It's a very cute store, they have lots of items to choose from and the staff is very friendly. The reason I only gave them three stars is because of their prices! I feel like every time I go in there, it's more expensive than the last time. In my opinion, if you're going to "pop" in there and grab a gift, be prepared to PAY.... even for a gift card! Some of the pricing is so high for certain items, it almost made me feel insulted. That being said, I will not be shopping with them in the future. read more

Very disappointing experience. I was at the Kendra Scott store on my birthday last Thursday to get some jewelry and use my birthday discount. I saw a friend who was doing the same who told me they also give a 30% birthday discount at the boutique. I was thrilled as I didn't know this and have purchased several Kendra Scott pieces from this place and multiple teacher gift certificates. I went in today to purchase something and was told it is only in your birthday month. I explained to the 2 associates ( whom I have both seen on past visits) that I just found out on my birthday last Thursday--1 week ago. She told me we already are in November so no longer my birthday month (2 days past). I was working and was not able to come in until today. I do understand that they have a policy, but this is a local small business that I have tried to support and I know a one time exception could have been made if they had wanted to. I am a pharmacist and we make adjustments all the time for customer service and customer retention. On my way out the sales associate said "come back to see us soon," which I will not be doing. I will no longer be making any purchases here and they have lost my business. read more
