In calling I find out that it was back ordered and no notice was given to me. They had no idea when the boots would come in and offer a couple of other alternative switch for nowhere near is a style or cost of the boots. For a premium boot company you can't decide whether it's a direct consumer by Central warehouse or retail stores. The contact phone number doesn't even identify it as being Lucchese. I have no idea how long I would be sitting waiting for a shipment before I was told it was backordered if I was told at all, I have four pair of their boots and I won't be a fifth.
