Sugarboo & Co is a cool, unique and eclectic store with everything imaginable. When I was walking by I saw that they were selling Dubai chocolates. When I inquired more specifically, I learned that those were not "the Dubai chocolates." I appreciate the sales associate's honesty. They have a plethora of wall hangings. It is quite impressive the sayings they have on some of their wall hangings. If you are looking for some unique hearts for Valentine's day, Sugarboo is your go to place. The staff is southern hospitality friendly. They welcome any questions and if you are looking for something specifically, they will let you know exactly where it is in the store. Sugarboo & Co is the cutest store in Austin, Texas! They sell clever and fun items to enhance your home's vibe. From pillows to placemats to notepads to candles to sweaters and shirts and comforters and pet items. Oh my! This store has so many fun products that are great gift giving ideas at reasonable prices. I visited from California on a work trip and super bummed I didn't bring a bigger suitcase because I would've bought so many gifts to give. I believe this store is female owned, and have store locations throughout the south. Their staff is sweet and accommodating, and every gift comes with a beautiful gift wrapping that's complementary. They have plenty of parking as they are part of a mall and there is tons of parking stalls. Can't wait to come back and visit this store on my next work trip. It will definitely be on my list of things to do when I visit Austin, Texas and in the mood for shopping. read more

Such a wonderful store with friendly staff! I had never been before and loved the concept of this store. Kindness. Women owned. Beauty. I picked up a few gifts and cards for my friends back home in California. The prices were quite reasonable. I spent a good hour just looking at every single item in the store. Came a here on a whim to explore. Was simply browsing around the store. They have an assortment of items for sale: mushrooms, succulents and terrariums, cocktail recipe playing cards, stone drink dispensers, leather notebooks and covers with quotes (actually lots of items with quotes), plushies and other stuffed animals, a Maileg display (little miniatures with mice plushies, pretty neat), an assortment of decor books, etc. Staff were content to let browsers browse in peace, but they were actively assisting shoppers who were looking to purchase items. read more

This place is literally the best. For the life of me, I couldn't find the right gift for my partner (she's *picky*) but waking into this store was definitely the right choice. I'm even writing this several years after the fact because I keep thinking about this place - the fact that I even remember a place after years should be proof. Just go here. You won't regret it. Omg! What a cute shop! I can literally spend here all day. They sell unique and handmade gifts and decor. Gorgeous notebooks, cards, bags, home decor and some furniture. The girls working at the store were very nice and polite. I'll definitely come back when I have more time. read more

Anita was loving the Tocca perfume collection as well as the various scented candles. I liked the high-end dog items. Paris's birthday is coming up... I might get her something from the "dog lovers" section. A dog shampoo that makes your pet smell like rosemary or peonies? Why not? This store also has cool, handmade plates and pillows. Had to check out Sugarboo and Company been wanting to see why so many of my friends love this place so as I entered it really smells delightful fragrance was like heaven. The woven macrame wall decorations are beautiful and this is very eclectic place that you have to come visit it seems to be in the ballpark of extraordinary items. So much to see the staff are friendly helpful and overall hard working so I was impressed. I highly recommend for anyone looking for dog items which are great selections for your furbabies. One thing I need to bring up you must read there return policies so you may or may not like what you read but so be sure before you make a purshase do understand the return policies. I definitely will return for home items lots of variety a major plus. Love it or leave it seriously it a game changer on such a fantastic store to buy any items many people dont have. If you pop in here and expect to compare this gem to Anthropologie shame on you. This chain has no stores in H Town and has an Austin vibe. As a handbag collector I was smitten by their collection. As a designer of greeting cards I was dazzled by their selection. Their baubles were clean and contemporary. Somewhat pricey, their market share in whimsical decor is superb. I stumbled upon this store while staying at a nearby hotel since I am not from this area. I had never even heard of this store until then and I LOVE IT! Right when I walked in I was greeted and the staff was very sweet. They made conversation with me about my visit and explained some background behind the store. I love all of the unique artwork and the variety of items you can find. There are some great souvenirs that are specific to the area as well as handmade jewelry. I was offered a coupon for ordering online since I do not have this store close to home, which I thought was a nice touch. I really want a store like this near home and will be making a stop if I am every by one again! read more

I loved so much stuff in here, loved the coloring station for the kids. I was greeted. I was looking for something small to add to a gift. I found a few things. All for in a (roughy 6inx3inx2in bag) for like $60. 4 ($2ea) mini hearts, 2 ($2ea) clothes pin hearts, a small hand lotion (which sticker says $9) rang up $21 TWENTY-ONE dollars, a unicorn stamp $13 a birthday card $6. I pay and look at the receipt and see the small hand lotion was $21 and of course......NO RETURN ‍ read more

I was sorely disappointed that the return policy is only store credit for all purchases. The online shop allows for 30 day full refund so why would this not be the same for the store itself? Also in this store the store associate rudely pointed out to me while making the return as if I should have clearly seen this policy... however let me clearly state... the signage that outlines the store credit policy is not only small (in frame smaller than a coin purse) it is also not something a purchasing customer would not see unless it was pointed out as it is placed on the left side of the checkout lane and the register is on the right (which never happened), also being that when I was making a large purchase, I would have expected them to highlight this policy before they took my credit card, which they didn't. Finally, the only other place the store associate shown me where this policy was stated was at the very bottom of the receipt however this does me no good after the purchase as it was "after the purchase" so no matter what a store credit was all they would do. read more
