Reason is personal: if you don't see it early in the morning on the way to work, guess what you may as I did end up having the pin engage with your skin, not fun. Anyhow, they said that was their way of doing things. I asked the two ladies if maybe they could just attach it to the outside of the garment, so as to avoid any future puncture marks to my back side. Only 1 inch deep, not considered a deadly weapon or anything, but not something I enjoyed. So they basically kick me to the curb. I had to stop using them after 4 years. Like the "family" atmosphere, but going back to Asian business (a lot more capable of basic kindness and responsiveness to customers).

It's very clean actually compared to other laundromats I've been in a few before and this one is very convenient and is pretty close. It's in a good neighborhood and near a dollar store so getting snacks or something is very convenient. My only complain the prices for the detergent they sell is a little pricey but fair. Just bring your own detergent and soap and you should be good. Overall a good place to wash your clothes and the bathrooms are nice and clean and aren't like gas stations. I highly recommend this place. They also have a vending machine and the prices are cheap!
